When buying, for example, something for $ 5, you will be charged $ 6-7 at first, and after three days they will only recalculate (since the currency exchange rate may change), i.e. you will never withdraw your finances under 0! - replenishment and withdrawal at ATMs (VHF partner) is possible through a QR code, i.e. even without the card itself. Conveniently, the function turned out to be very appropriate, because for the first time I was given a non-working card - it worked at the ATM of the branch, but nowhere else, including all three ATMs nearby on the street. Diagnostics on the 5th day stated that everything was working, despite the provided photos, videos and ATM logs. I was given a second card - and it also didn't work, the support promised to call tomorrow, then tomorrow again - as a result, no one called back and 50 days later it still didn't work (I found another brand new working ATM, but it didn't save me as a customer)
Minuses:
- when paying in $, they will freeze more: "the amount is blocked for 31 days, taking into account the exchange rate difference of 5-7%..." before receiving the "settlement file" (it took me ~ 2 weeks) - game
- [they assure that temporarily] replenishment in $ is possible only at three ATMs in the city
- the ATM card on the site is outdated, the ATM next to me (law academy) has been removed for more than a year [I asked them to fix the card, but nothing has changed in 2 months]
- pay wave didn't work at ATMs for me - the staff said that's how it should be, lol.
- visa classic allegedly has no plastic, I had to take useless gold (with a flawlessly flashy golden design ala "expensive-rich")
- when installing the application on several devices, you will have to authenticate each time to pair with the phone, receive SMS, etc. In fact, there is always only one thing in the list of paired devices, then why the list is a mystery, I quote: "For security reasons, you cannot have active sessions from two devices"
- there is no support in the application, it is via WhatsApp or phone (but quite quickly)
- subjectively: the application is inconvenient
- the app was updated yesterday, but when trying to restore the password, it ultimatum notified that you need to take a selfie to verify your identity. And I don't care that my smartphone doesn't physically have a selfie camera. Support has been told 4 times in a row that selfies are now mandatory and will not be able to help in any way (and what is the code word and two-factor for then?). That was the last straw.

- the queue lasts from 30 to 70 minutes. And we are talking about the central office, moreover, the queue itself is small, i.e. we are talking about non-optimized processes.
Attention! Recently, when making a payment to a legal entity abroad, requests in unreadable formulations have been received from Demir Bank compliance - clearly translated by machine from some foreign language. This means that Demir Bank TRANSFERS YOUR COMMERCIAL INFORMATION TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY!
They wrote off more than $ 50 in 5 payments allegedly from FACEBOOK .So does an acquaintance. His card was blocked. We have disabled the Internet debit. The support responded within 30 minutes and did not say anything intelligible.

Everything is very bad, they have absolutely no idea about the service. There is no support, the department has stupid employees. There is no Wi-Fi in the department, there is no guest computer to help the client do the LC. The mobile app sucks completely.
