A small but cozy coffee shop. Nice guys behind the bar. They cook on a welder. We made good coffee))
The only thing I would advise the guys is to promote/sell the grain of local roasters. This can become another of your business cards. As tourists from other regions and countries, it would be a great experience to buy local grain. Because you can buy a welder on every corner in Russia.
It would be great to promote local grain. And set aside a separate shelf for this))

The first place we visited in Minsk. It's a delight! First of all, I would like to mention the employees who are just cute, very friendly, neat, and the quality of service is excellent! Secondly, the food and the serving, the toffee rafe broke my heart! This is the best thing I've ever drunk! And zucchini pancakes, well, very tasty!
I wish prosperity to such an atmospheric place 🫶🏼
