Rooms with Comfort. Your own pool. Beach towels give this a plus.
The food is super, the service is normal. The staff is trying hard.
The breakfasts are delicious.

The hotel is super! Wonderful, responsive girls at the reception and in the restaurant are girls and boys. The suite is a fire, with a large balcony and sea views, although the economy is also wonderful. The location is super. And the bass is huge, warm, clean. Prices are high in season, but it's definitely worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay 💋

A wonderful hotel with rooms overlooking the embankment. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is helpful and courteous. The bonus is free access to the 50m swimming pool, located 10m from the hotel itself

A Dam hotel that you want to return to! We were in Sukhum for the first time for 5 days from October 24 to October 29, lived in apartments, chose a hotel for a long time according to reviews and did not miss out. The price corresponds to the quality. The sea from the balcony, the sound of waves and dolphins! The room is great, everything worked, it was cool, the split was turned on, the family in the apartment is super comfortable! The children are on the 2nd floor in the turret, there are 2 sofas on the balcony, for an evening with a company overlooking the sea, that's the thing! We chose different breakfasts, everything was delicious and satisfying in its own way, water was boiled into tea from the tap, after the filter, we washed our hands and the rest was a great success! The girls at the reception are all smart, friendly, we needed to check out a little later, since we were leaving by train, we went to meet them without any problems! Thank you for a great vacation in the land of the soul!

A wonderful hotel, right on the Sukhum embankment, 50 meters from the sea, near the center. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff, always with a smile, will help with all questions! Change of towels every day, cleaning.
Very tasty breakfasts to choose from! And coffee.. He's great! If I plan to come, then only there!

Excellent service. The hotel is located on the beach. We took a room with a balcony overlooking the sea! Divine! We were passing through the hotel. The staff is very responsible, helped with the choice of breakfast (breakfast is included, but not a buffet). The shore, the beach, the infrastructure are all available!!!

The Dam Hotel is located on the Sukhum embankment on the first coastline on the city beach. The hotel has a large restaurant, quite popular. Secure parking for guests. The photos of the rooms and the interior space fully correspond to the pictures on the booking sites. A pleasant, stylish, calm interior, which unfortunately is still rare for Abkhazia. The room has a good quality large double bed, good bed linen and towels, there are terry bathrobes. Plumbing and finishing in the bathroom are on the level.
But there was a nuance: in our room, the drainage was clogged at the air conditioner unit above the front door and water dripped and flowed down the door to the floor, also in the bathroom, perhaps because of the same problem, there was a putrid smell of sewage. We stayed in the room for two days, the hotel administration warned us about the problem immediately before check-in and made a 10% discount, the problem was not solved for two days at the hotel, perhaps it was fixed after our departure.
It is worth noting as a big plus the cost of living 4,500 per day /double room with breakfast. Breakfasts are offered to choose on the eve in the form of several options and correspond to the announcement in the picture.
Electricity was also turned off several times, which is a problem for Sukhum and Abkhazia as a whole.

Nice, clean, with bathrobes, lots of snow-white towels. The first line. There is an outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast has a choice of 6 options, all delicious, prepared upon arrival at the restaurant the most delicious. The kitchen is great. The kitchen is a canteen compared to it. Trout on coals is a thing! The reception is on top. There is a dry cleaning service. Book in advance. There are almost no free people, there are only 15 of them.

The hotel has a swimming pool. With children, it's a godsend. We lived in another place, but for an additional fee, the pool is open to vacationers (400/200). You can also order a meal from the Dam restaurant in the pool (the menu is attached). The pool is 50m, in the open air. There are sun beds with umbrellas along the water bowl. The water is clean. Two changing rooms M/W, each has a toilet/ shower. Bring soap, a washcloth, a towel and a hat. We recommend it.

This is the best hotel in Sukhum. That's where the good service is, for many years, which is not touched. From clear reservations to room service: cleanliness, attention, care. I also liked the restaurant at the hotel! They are probably the only ones on this whole coast who arrange breakfast in the morning, and not closer to lunch. This year, the swimming pool was opened — huge, clean, with showers, supervision.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we often visited the DAM restaurant. I really liked the kitchen. Especially sushi and pizza on thin dough. Everything is delicious. The average prices are about 900- 1200 per person, but at the same time large portions have a pleasant atmosphere, there is Wi-Fi . As well as a children's menu .very tasty lemonades

We visited the Dem restaurant in mid-July 2022, and received only positive impressions. The national dishes are at the highest level, and importantly, even with the notorious carbonara, the chefs did an excellent job. Just a song!! Well, there's nothing to find fault with at all. When there is a power outage, there is a generator. We cleaned and changed the linen and towels right every day. Huge rooms. We were not at sea. Well, that's good. Quiet. But there was a swimming pool under our balcony. It has not worked with us yet, but in the future it will be possible to use it. Although the sea is very close, through the pedestrian path. There are no cars there at all. The reception is just great! They are so attentive and polite. We were satisfied.

We did not stay at this hotel, we went to have breakfast, because we were waiting for check-in at another hotel. We were with a child. The impressions of the breakfast were not good. Breakfast consisted of different cuisines. Personally, I made an order for Abkhazian cuisine. What was stated in the photo on the menu and actually two big differences. Two cheesecakes or pancakes were not fresh (I like to cook pastries myself, so I know they are not fresh) there was cheese on top. But the cheese is cut into such slices, as if sliced "will do just fine." In general, we were hungry, the children ordered another breakfast, the result is the same. The cost of any breakfast is 400 rubles. Maybe it happened that day, maybe other days everything was much better, I don't know, but the waiters weren't very friendly either. There was some kind of irritability and discontent on their faces. In general, we went to eat somewhere else.

The prices are very budget, which cannot be said about the dishes. Everything is very tasty. There were a lot of people. When we arrived, there were only 2 tables available. Nevertheless, we were served very quickly. The dishes were brought very quickly. Special admiration for lemonade Dam. Not really tasty and beautiful. I recommend you to visit.

Awesome hotel! We had a rest with my husband, I want to come here again! They give bathrobes, slippers and hygiene kits. Spacious rooms by the sea with a balcony where you can sit and dream! And how nice it is to fall asleep to the sound of the waves! A huge bed, an abundance of pillows, warm blankets. Very nice bathroom. And the room even has a wardrobe! Breakfast is included in the price. In general, "Dam" loves its guests! ❤️
