Nice hotel. A big plus is the walking distance of many attractions. The disadvantages include a noisy area - early in the morning and late in the evening, merchants from the Grand Bazaar carry their goods. And the second disadvantage is modest breakfasts, not a buffet. A modest three-piece, but the rooms are spacious enough. Everything you need to relax a tourist tired of impressions is there.

The staff is friendly and speaks English and a little Russian. The location is great! Nearby are the main attractions and the tram line, which is convenient to get to other parts of the city. It is located on a shopping street, but it did not bother. However, the hotel itself is just trash, everything is dead, dirty, half of the light bulbs do not work, the socket is knocked out of the wall, mold, torn rugs and semi-dirty towels, dirt and stains on the walls. Thank God, although the bed was clean, but it has not been changed once in a week, The breakfasts are monotonous and without a choice (in the photo like a buffet and sweets, in fact they bring a spread), but it is delicious and if you make sandwiches, then it is even satisfying, only tea or coffee is available from the choice.The staff in the kitchen is also friendly and partially speaks Russian. Deluxe Newport Hotel, Istanbul.
We were in October 2023. A normal hotel for its category. The room was warm. We didn't go to breakfast, they started at 8 in the morning, and the bus took us on excursions at 8-15. We drank tea in the room ourselves.
The biggest plus is the location next to the Chamberlitage tram stop. The room has a kettle, mini fridge, safe, slippers. Cleaning daily. Yes, you need to ask for toilet paper at the reception)
Nearby, to the right, there is a supermarket on the corner, a little further there are still grocery stores. This is the center, a cafe on every corner, there is fast food nearby.
One light bulb burned out, but we didn't bother for three days. Towels, linen were clean, there were small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, a small piece of soap for everyone.
What's wrong is audibility. The people from the next room can be heard as if from an open door. Our neighbors liked to drink and came at two o'clock in the morning, shouted, slammed the doors – knocked on their wall, fortunately, after that, if they didn't shut up, they stopped yelling). But still, the dream was interrupted. And we have to get up for an excursion at 7 in the morning.
They asked for two keys at the reception, because they read in the reviews that the refrigerator turns off without an electronic key, they didn't give us a key, they said, for a fee. We tried to find out with the refrigerator, the admin said that it works without a key. It's hard to say when they came, it was cool in the refrigerator)
There are steep hills around the hotel, paving stones, when leaving the reception refused to call a taxi to the hotel, says a taxi will not come here, go catch it on the next street. And before that, we have repeatedly seen how taxis bring guests to the door of the hotel.
We will not choose this hotel anymore.

Already our second home 🫶🏻 location- 👍🏽 early in the morning I always open the window and listen to Istanbul .. Seagulls, trams, Azan and conversations under the windows 💔 we have been staying here for several years .. friendly staff..the girls clean almost every day, change the linen ... at the reception, the guys are ready to help with everything 24/7...call a transfer and help with suitcases always ❤️ we really loved this place, of course we will come back🥲🥲🥲🫶🏻

Terrible hotel! Only the appearance is decent, everything else is a solid minus! A tiny room, there is no sound insulation, the movement outside the window starts at 3:30 a.m., the noise, the stench of cars and motorcycles, no one is shy to yell right under the windows. After cleaning the room with chemicals, it was weathered for two days, they could not sleep at night from the acrid smell. Breakfast is disgusting. The only plus is a friendly cleaning girl.

A wonderful hotel located within walking distance to the main attractions - Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque. There is a tram nearby. Friendly staff, as customer-oriented as possible. Yes, the breakfasts are not like in a restaurant, but everything else is on the level. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, shower are working. There is an iron at the reception. Shampoos, soap, paper, conditioner are always available. The balcony is very narrow. Be prepared to sometimes hear loud speech from the locals, as the hotel is located in the middle of the bazaar, there will be some garbage in the evening, but everything is being cleaned. On the spot, before departure, you can take PCR for 200 Turkish lira, it is cheaper in Russia. The transfer to the airport is 12 euros, but there is a bus stop nearby, which will take you for 35 lira in less than an hour without traffic jams.

Good location, in January it blows very much from the windows, I recommend the staff to think about it, huge cracks in the windows, from where all the heat goes out, the air conditioner works +30 all night, and the room is dog cold. The rooms are not bad, everything works.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, 50 meters from the bus stop.That's where the advantages ended. Dead rooms with torn wallpaper, mold and slime in the shower, stained sheets, pillowcases with holes in places. There is no cleaning from the word at all, they only throw out the garbage, they will not put an additional roll of toilet paper. The 3-star hotel is for very unpretentious tourists.
