Plus of this hotel, it is located in the historical center. Everything is nearby. The choice of where to eat is also great, nearby currency exchangers are also nearby and the exchange rate is always good. The Marmara Sea is nearby. But do not expect that it will be quiet outside the window, sometimes cars pass by, tourists with suitcases. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is cozy, now it employs a man who speaks Russian, his name is Murat. Have a great trip to Istanbul
A cozy and nice hotel next to the Chamberlitage stop, not far from Sultan Ahmed Square.Excellent location, clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts.
A cozy, small hotel in the center. All attractions are within walking distance. Excellent, helpful staff. I recommend it, but it is better to reserve without breakfast, because they are none.
Nice hotel. A big plus is the walking distance of many attractions. The disadvantages include a noisy area - early in the morning and late in the evening, merchants from the Grand Bazaar carry their goods. And the second disadvantage is modest breakfasts, not a buffet. A modest three-piece, but the rooms are spacious enough. Everything you need to relax a tourist tired of impressions is there.
The staff is friendly and speaks English and a little Russian. The location is great! Nearby are the main attractions and the tram line, which is convenient to get to other parts of the city. It is located on a shopping street, but it did not bother. However, the hotel itself is just trash, everything is dead, dirty, half of the light bulbs do not work, the socket is knocked out of the wall, mold, torn rugs and semi-dirty towels, dirt and stains on the walls. Thank God, although the bed was clean, but it has not been changed once in a week, The breakfasts are monotonous and without a choice (in the photo like a buffet and sweets, in fact they bring a spread), but it is delicious and if you make sandwiches, then it is even satisfying, only tea or coffee is available from the choice. The staff in the kitchen is also friendly and partially speaks Russian. Think for yourself)
Deluxe Newport Hotel, Istanbul.
We were in October 2023. A normal hotel for its category. The room was warm. We didn't go to breakfast, they started at 8 in the morning, and the bus took us on excursions at 8-15. We drank tea in the room ourselves.
The biggest plus is the location next to the Chamberlitage tram stop. The room has a kettle, mini fridge, safe, slippers. Cleaning daily. Yes, you need to ask for toilet paper at the reception)
Nearby, to the right, there is a supermarket on the corner, a little further there are still grocery stores. This is the center, a cafe on every corner, there is fast food nearby.
One light bulb burned out, but we didn't bother for three days. Towels, linen were clean, there were small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, a small piece of soap for everyone.
What's wrong is audibility. The people from the next room can be heard as if from an open door. Our neighbors liked to drink and came at two o'clock in the morning, shouted, slammed the doors – knocked on their wall, fortunately, after that, if they didn't shut up, they stopped yelling). But still, the dream was interrupted. And we have to get up for an excursion at 7 in the morning.
They asked for two keys at the reception, because they read in the reviews that the refrigerator turns off without an electronic key, they didn't give us a key, they said, for a fee. We tried to find out with the refrigerator, the admin said that it works without a key. It's hard to say when they came, it was cool in the refrigerator)
There are steep hills around the hotel, paving stones, when leaving the reception refused to call a taxi to the hotel, says a taxi will not come here, go catch it on the next street. And before that, we have repeatedly seen how taxis bring guests to the door of the hotel.
We will not choose this hotel anymore.
Already our second home 🫶🏻 location- 👍🏽 early in the morning I always open the window and listen to Istanbul .. Seagulls, trams, Azan and conversations under the windows 💔 we have been staying here for several years .. friendly staff..the girls clean almost every day, change the linen ... at the reception, the guys are ready to help with everything 24/7...call a transfer and help with suitcases always ❤️ we really loved this place, of course we will come back🥲🥲🥲🫶🏻
Convenient location away from the noise of the center, but close to Chamberlitash Square,
The breakfasts are complex - about the same every day, satisfying, it's okay to eat
The rooms are as in the photo, everything is clean
Cleaned 2-3 times a week
The staff is polite, they speak Russian, English is normal
I was looking for a hotel to be right in the heart of Istanbul, there were no special requirements, only in the evening to come to wash up and fall asleep. He met all my requirements.
Terrible hotel! Only the appearance is decent, everything else is a solid minus! A tiny room, there is no sound insulation, the movement outside the window starts at 3:30 a.m., the noise, the stench of cars and motorcycles, no one is shy to yell right under the windows. After cleaning the room with chemicals, it was weathered for two days, they could not sleep at night from the acrid smell. Breakfast is disgusting. The only plus is a friendly cleaning girl.
1. Excellent location of the hotel, the advantages end there
2. The food is disgusting, the food is on a tray, there is no choice. Breakfast includes: two pieces of cucumber, two pieces of tomato, two pieces of cheese and sausage, fried piece of bread. all.a coffee machine that produces the same coffee from all 6 buttons
3. Everything in the room is shabby, cold, and there is a strong wind from the windows.
4. There is constantly not enough TOILET paper in the sanitary unit, they are given out on request,
5. The window looked at our building, where the men from the next window were constantly looking at the windows of the hotel, it was impossible to walk in the room with the curtains open
6. I also forgot to write, the whole floor is wet in the toilet, the toilet is constantly leaking
A wonderful hotel located within walking distance to the main attractions - Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque. There is a tram nearby. Friendly staff, as customer-oriented as possible. Yes, the breakfasts are not like in a restaurant, but everything else is on the level. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, shower are working. There is an iron at the reception. Shampoos, soap, paper, conditioner are always available. The balcony is very narrow. Be prepared to sometimes hear loud speech from the locals, as the hotel is located in the middle of the bazaar, there will be some garbage in the evening, but everything is being cleaned. On the spot, before departure, you can take PCR for 200 Turkish lira, it is cheaper in Russia. The transfer to the airport is 12 euros, but there is a bus stop nearby, which will take you for 35 lira in less than an hour without traffic jams.
There is no sound insulation, the breakfasts are meager, the beds do not get enough sleep, the room is full of dust. the staff is friendly. I'm sorry to get the money)))
I have been staying at the hotel since 08/25/21, room 203.A good hotel, friendly and friendly staff, clean and cozy room, bright furniture,a TV with a Russian channel, a safe,a kettle,a hairdryer,a refrigerator,Internet in the room. The breakfasts are monotonous but delicious.Supermarkets are within walking distance, a tram stop is 50m away. There are many attractions. It's a pity the vacation ends tomorrow.I recommend this hotel to everyone, I wish the hotel staff prosperity and good visitors.
In March, it was cold in the room, the windows were drafty. The heater dried the air very much, it was stuffy and had a headache in the morning. I was also confused by the mold on the ceiling in the shower. And so friendly staff, cleaning every day.
Three stars and 3 stars in Istanbul
Good location, in January it blows very much from the windows, I recommend the staff to think about it, huge cracks in the windows, from where all the heat goes out, the air conditioner works +30 all night, and the room is dog cold. The rooms are not bad, everything works.
I do not recommend breakfasts, for this money you can eat well in cafes, See photos, Leningrad dose, only they do not spare bread 🤪
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, 50 meters from the bus stop. That's where the advantages ended. Dead rooms with torn wallpaper, mold and slime in the shower, stained sheets, pillowcases with holes in places. There is no cleaning from the word at all, they only throw out the garbage, they will not put an additional roll of toilet paper. The 3-star hotel is for very unpretentious tourists.
We were from February 29th to March 7th. A very cozy hotel. Clear. Cleaning every day. The student was changed every day. The staff is excellent. It will tell you everything. We were treated to tea. The breakfasts are full and the location is excellent. Everything in the center is within walking distance. We will come again, this hotel is mandatory. My father liked Istanbul
We had a rest on January 18-21, 2020. An excellent hotel for 3*. The location is convenient. Normal breakfasts, always fresh fruits. The room is clean, cozy, has air conditioning, hairdryer, free safe, kettle, TV. Friendly staff. We checked in 2 hours earlier. Especially thanks to Aslan, I am always ready to help. Thank you.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff is friendly, except for the female receptionist.Very rude, not friendly.I left unpleasant feelings, the second time for nothing in this hotel.

I was there before the pandemic started, in November.
Overall, I liked it, for an unassuming tourist. We only spent the night in the room.
Breakfast will go, you will not stay hungry, for me the main thing is that there is coffee. It is located close to attractions, many cafes, shops, exchangers. The staff was polite.
Not a bad location. There is a public transport stop and grocery stores nearby. The main attractions can be reached on foot. The rooms are cleaned daily. The room has a kettle and air conditioning. The staff speaks a little Russian.
The breakfasts suck, the staff does not speak Russian, either learn English or solve your own problems,it is located on a commercial and industrial street, dirty, specific smells, towels are torn, but clean. The only plus is that there is public transport and attractions nearby.
Everything is decent. For such a price, I expected the worst. The breakfasts are certainly not plentiful, but you will not stay hungry. There are small shoals. Next to the column of Constantine is located. If I am in Istanbul, I will go to this hotel boldly again.
