I liked the hotel. The breakfasts are quite varied, you will not stay hungry..You can have breakfast on the spacious terrace overlooking the Blue Mosque. The hotel is within walking distance of the iconic sights: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, as well as the Grand Bazaar. There are many cafes and pastry shops around. The room was a little cramped, but since you only come there to spend the night, it's not critical at all. The rooms were cleaned daily, it was always clean. The staff is very friendly.
A wonderful hotel! Polite, hospitable staff, the location of the hotel is super! Literally a stone's throw from Sultanahmet Square and Hagia Sophia! The restaurant on the terrace of the hotel with a magical view of the historical sights, the food is delicious!I recommend it!

The location is the only advantage of this hotel. All the most important sights of Istanbul are within walking distance. The room is very dilapidated, the breakfasts are meager, in the evening the restaurant is empty, because its only advantage is a gorgeous view. If we talk about the stars of the hotel, then no more than 3!
We are staying at this hotel for the second time, the hotel is located in the very center of the historical part of the city, with a beautiful view of Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia, delicious breakfasts.
The hotel, as mentioned in other posts, is shabby, but the breakfasts are good, the view from the 6th floor (where the breakfasts are) is gorgeous and the location is excellent. So that's 5 points.
A mid-level hotel, one might say closer to the lowest, the interior itself is not bad, but I'm already tired, well, for Istanbul I think this is the norm, you can have a snack for breakfast, so to speak, the most beautiful thing was the view at breakfast overlooking the Bosphorus and mosques, there was an elevator, the staff was friendly, almost in the center, 10 I put a 6 on the point scale.
I really liked the hotel, the view in the morning at breakfast, the location, the service, the food. I really want to thank the woman from Uzbekistan who cleaned our room 213, cleaned it very clean and neatly, a person who knows her job, very decent. If we are in Istanbul, we will choose this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel in January 2024. I arrived early in the morning. Hot coffee/tea was offered at the reception, they settled in immediately. The deluxe room. The view from the window is simply magical - the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Sea of Marmara. The room is small, but very cozy and clean. The bathroom has everything you need. They cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day. Three days later, the bed linen was changed. The staff is very friendly and attentive. On the 6th floor, breakfast is served on the veranda overlooking the historical center and the Marmara Sea. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh, you will not stay hungry. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking girl for the delicious Turkish coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The location of the hotel is just 10 out of 10. The entire historical center is within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, shops. I plan to return to Istanbul once again and only to this hotel.
We were in October 2023, the location is super, the rooms are a little shabby, but cozy, they are all different, you have to choose by yourself. Pillows are also all different, you can ask them to change and in the end choose something acceptable. Bathrobes are brought on request. There is a refrigerator type mini-bar, hair dryer. The mattress is normal, not super-rigid, not super-soft, not sagged, the springs did not stick out) There is no full-fledged balcony in the standard and deluxe rooms, but there is a balcony door and something like a French balcony with an openwork wrought-iron lattice, only you can't step on it (very narrow), but you can look out. Prayers can be heard well, they start at 6 am, but this was not a problem. In extreme cases, there are earplugs. The street noise was almost inaudible and did not bother. Neighbors can be heard moderately through the wall, the hall and corridors are bugged och chorus, alas. We had paid for the Deluxe, but maybe we lived in the standard, because we had the 3rd floor. But in general, it is quite an acceptable option for accommodation, the lobby is very nice and authentic, we were always happy to return to our room after trips around Istanbul and the surrounding area. Tram stop T1 in 1 minute walk from the center. exit the hotel to the right and then, skirting the park, to the left up the street with restaurant tables. The Sultanahmet stop is called, it is viewed from the breakfast terrace if you look to the left. Breakfast is quite normal, the view is the most pleasant. In general, a good hotel)
Nice hotel. Corresponds to the stated. Good, decent breakfasts. You will definitely not remain a gold bb. The room is clean. The only thing is not very good towels. It's time to replace many of them because there is no terry and softness left in them. At the reception, they don't speak Russian at all. But in the restaurant, the officials and cleaners can explain.
It is located next to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which is both a plus and a minus, because in the morning you will be woken up by two cheerful calling muezzins. I got a clean room, but with a strange smell. There are no complaints about room service. Breakfast takes place on the terrace of the panoramic restaurant, and the view there is fantastic. Breakfast assortment for a solid four. I can't say that I didn't like the hotel, but next time I will look for something else.
Nice hotel! It is made in the classic style. Geolocation allows you to get freely to any attraction, both in some cases on foot and by transport. By the way, there is a tram very close by, which helps a lot.
A great hotel within walking distance of the main historical sights of Istanbul!
Nearby SultanAhmet Square, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and much more 🙂
The location of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The staff is unfriendly and often does not even respond to greetings. Breakfast is meager and endlessly repetitive.
We were with my wife in May 2023. A very decent Istanbul hotel. If you do not spare money and take a room with a certain view, then the eye offers a magnificent view of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. In any case, you will enjoy the beautiful view from the restaurant on the top floor. There is a tram nearby and all the main attractions of the old town. Having a snack at lunch and in the evening is not a problem within walking distance and for any purse. I definitely recommend it.
The hotel was chosen based on reviews on Yandex and Booking. You didn't lose it: We made a very good choice!
1. The hotel itself is quite a cozy and comfortable building: beautiful from the outside and with an interesting interior renovation, finishing in the Ottoman style. It's nice when a hotel creates its own atmosphere: it works here
2. On the one hand, it is in the thick of everything, but on the other hand, it is at a small distance of only one block. Bottom line: everything interesting is just around the corner, but it is quiet and sparsely populated
3. Absolutely gorgeous views at breakfast - an aesthetic pleasure on an incredible level! Plus, the breakfasts themselves are also quite hearty and delicious
I especially wanted to leave a review for my compatriots so that they would book this hotel without even thinking! He's really very decent
A cool hotel, a cool restaurant with a view of the Bosphorus, a cool view from the window of Sofia and Sultanahmet, everything is nearby, the staff is cool. Very satisfied!!!
Everyone liked the hotel very much!!! 5 minutes from Sultanahmet Square. Breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the Blue Mosque, the Sea of Marmara and the Hagia Sophia. And the room has a beautiful view of the whole city. Breakfast buffet. The hotel is Ottoman style and the rooms are the same. Clean, cozy, beautiful! The room has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel to everyone. I had a rest from July 1 to July 12, 2021. Next year, I plan to go to the same hotel. I wish you all good luck and a great holiday!!!

The location is ideal: St. Sophia Cathedral, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica cistern are 5-7 minutes on foot, the tram stop is 3 minutes away, it is easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is simple, it is better to take rooms from deluxe and above. The rooms are small, the beds are comfortable. Daily cleaning service. The breakfast is normal, the restaurant has a wonderful view of all the sights of the city. It's fine for 2-3 days. The staff answers questions and helps to call a taxi.
I understand that the positive reviews are all bought or written by the staff themselves, because this hotel is a complete bottom! The rooms are old and dirty! Yellow pillows with a torn blanket, have you seen this somewhere? You can do it here. There are yellow spots on the toilet!! Kondey makes noise so that it is easier to sleep in a tractor. There is zero service! The only thing that is beautiful is the view at breakfast, but if you accidentally go up to the 6th floor in another elevator (which is for employees), you will immediately get into the kitchen and you will have to eat (corny bread lies on the floor and dirt around). We left the hotel immediately and ran looking for another one, don't believe these reviews, one star is even a lot for this hotel!!
I have been to this hotel 3 times. In 2009, 2012 and in 2022. It dropped from 5 stars to 1. And, apparently, it has not yet broken the bottom. On your next trip to Istanbul, you will have to take another hotel, and I don't recommend this one to anyone anymore.
Sooooo old renovation.
The location is great.
They are poorly fed.
3* well, maximum

The hotel is peculiar, they write 4 stars, but a maximum of 2-3. In the evening, they won't give you water anymore, if you run out in the room, go to the store. The iron is only in the morning and for money. The food is very monotonous, but edible) the bed is soft, good, the air conditioning is also good. An annoying guy is sitting downstairs, who invites you to the old market to buy a "very nice" jacket with a 65% discount))
