I really liked the hotel! The rooms are huge. Rooms with a view of the Marina are just something incredible! When we checked in, we were unlucky, we got a room on the 1st floor, without a balcony and windows to the courtyard. But the staff went to a meeting and changed the room the next day, without any extra charges. Thank you very much! And in general, all the staff is sooo friendly and ready to help in everything. The hotel provides towels and an umbrella to the beach, very convenient considering the cost of sun beds on the beach. JBR beach is 5 minutes away. At the hotel, you can buy a voucher to the Hilton Hotel beach for 75 dirhams, for an umbrella and a sunbed, sort of. In general, the location of the hotel is excellent: beach, promenade, Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, metro. Everything is nearby.

The hotel is super! Cleanliness is everywhere, the staff is always friendly and responsive, the room was given earlier for 3 hours, they were allowed to leave later for 4 hours. The pool is transparent, there are always free beds, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Good afternoon! I want to tell you about the food: breakfast is monotonous every day, omelette, sausages, pancakes are generally fine, lunch and dinner (it's a sin to complain about food) burgers, chicken pieces with a huge amount of mayonnaise and something else poured and just on bread with pickled cucumber (we couldn't eat, we chose something ), they cook slowly, they waited for 40 minutes until the food was brought, and sometimes they couldn't wait for dessert at all (this is on the LD floor) There is no choice. On the 35th floor, the food is all very peppery, the children can't eat. You have to go to the store or go to another cafe for money. I understand that they have their own kitchen, but they have 99% Russians in their hotel. I think you can somehow adjust to the preparation of normal food. The hotel itself is not bad, polite staff, cleaned every day.

Nice city hotel. The rooms are spacious, the dishes are as good as new. Cleaning every day. It's not crystal clear, but we didn't come to find fault, but to relax. It is 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Marina.

We swam only in the morning . In the evening , the plzh and the sea were occupied by hard workers and they could not approach the sea .

The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea. Delicious breakfasts at Jones Restaurant, but every day it was all the same.
At the check-in, they talked about an extra bed for the child (for which I paid), as a result, only on the third day I managed to get it put in the room.
They came to celebrate and relax after my birthday, but the hotel, having found out this, tried very hard to congratulate me, at a time when a "do not disturb" sign hung on the door.
I wouldn't come to this hotel a second time. There are a lot of shortcomings in the service.
