I want to share my negative experience about visiting the Delta Fitnes fitness club. To begin with, the subscription is not one of the cheapest. The condition of the club is not the first freshness. But I liked a couple of simulators there and I bought a trial subscription for a month. 12 classes cost 5,500 SOM. This money does not include any classes (they must be bought separately), they do not give towels, there are no coolers with water. That is, purely a visit to the gym.
Today, Sunday, February 16th, I came to study. After an intense workout, I went to the sauna. But alas, it turned out to be cold. That is, it didn't work. I sighed and went to take a shower. And after the shower, I wanted to blow-dry my hair. But alas, there was only one hair dryer and it did not work.
I went to the reception. The club cleaners and the receptionist told me about the sauna that SUNDAY was A SANITARY DAY. No one warned me about this. This is the first time I've seen this in a fitness club. Why Sunday?, when people have time to visit the sauna and relax. Oh well.
Regarding the hair dryer, they told me that it was broken. Again, no ads.
If there is such a hellish force majeure and the club does not have 1000 soms to buy a hairdryer for your favorite visitors in the nearest store, PUT UP AN AD WITH A WARNING AND AN APOLOGY.
My last visit to the hair dryer was 2. It turns out that one broke first. Then the second one. Literally within 3 days. I said it was February, and my head was wet, and I asked them to find me a working hair dryer. For example, to borrow from the women's locker room. But it turned out that the hair dryers didn't work there either. (I sympathize with girls with long hair after cross-fit).
All this time, people were looking at me in surprise. My questions and requests were answered after a long pause, as if I urgently demanded to be provided with a pink elephant in chocolate.
They didn't give me a complaint book. They offered to give me the manager's phone number so that I could personally express my wishes to him, but the girl at the reception focused on looking for the manager's number for about 3 minutes, did not wait. I said I would write a review everywhere on social media. I was asked to write everything on a piece of paper, so that the staff would then pass it on to the manager. Funny.
In general, no one even tried to solve my problem. No one apologized even once. Well, actually, he showed no desire not to take my discontent out into the public space. So I'm sharing it with everyone. Keep in mind. Draw conclusions.
