Then he scolded me for this very phone number, although I repeatedly asked to be contacted differently in the application and in the dialogue.
Several times in a row I mentioned different installation costs. Like, I'm going to have a cool, strong router, which means it's more expensive. That is, there is simply NO clear price list.
He spoke of the master with contempt. Like, he's the boss here, and Alexander is just a simple installer, a performer.
There are no questions for Master Alexander, a polite, understanding, contact man who answers questions and discusses details.
Otherwise, I'm just in shock.

This affects not only my professional activities, but also everyday aspects of my life, such as communicating with loved ones and gaining access to important information. The instability of the connection and frequent interruptions of the service significantly reduce my level of efficiency and affect my performance.
It should also be noted that the stated Internet speed turns out to be far from an achievable goal. Despite the promises of high data transfer speeds, the actual connection speed leaves much to be desired. This leads to long delays when loading web pages, unstable viewing of video content and limited ability to perform online tasks.
One of the most significant disadvantages of the service provided is its pricing policy. Given the quality of service provided, the high cost of connecting to the IStudent network seems unreasonable and even uncomfortable for the user. This factor, together with the other aforementioned disadvantages, creates a negative impression and leaves much to be desired.
In light of the above, I have to admit that the Internet provider "Business Network" and their service "IStudent" leave much to be desired and cannot be recommended as a reliable and high-quality choice for customers. Insufficient quality of services, low Internet speed and high connection price make this provider unattractive in comparison with alternative offers on the market. Therefore, I cannot recommend the "Business Network" to anyone and strongly recommend looking for more reliable and high-quality alternatives.
They position themselves as the Internet for business, but in fact this is the worst Internet provider that I have met in the Republic of Belarus!!!! Constant Internet disconnections !!!! When calling technical support, you can only hear apologies and words that our equipment is broken and we are repairing it!!!! Internet failures occur REGULARLY!!!!!
We have been working with this company for many years. Everything was there, interruptions in the network slowing down, however, many providers have this. In principle , it was not often . But lately the Internet has become quite unstable.

If you want to call technical support, be prepared that 3 rubles will be withdrawn from your balance, because the call is paid. It is cheaper to buy cards from Beltelecom.
