I strongly RECOMMEND that anyone who wants to repair their out-of-order equipment contact this office. It is a pity that I did not get acquainted with the reviews of their art before visiting their institution. For two months they were fed with promises of repairs:
- spare parts will be coming soon;
- we have a lot of orders, so we don't have time to answer your calls, you distract from work;
- we have a lot of orders that your product has not reached the queue, we will call you when we deem it necessary;
- your equipment is on the desktop, but we have a lot of orders, so we don't know when everything will be ready.
As a result, two months later, I threatened them that if I didn't get my equipment, it would be considered theft. After that, they answered the phone, set up a meeting at the office at Gorky 88, made a scandal with a police squad, allegedly I was interfering with their work, gave them a gadget that had been on the shelf under the table for two months - they didn't even touch it. By the way, police calls, as I learned the day before, are not the first time they have called offended customers, or maybe they have such a well-developed scheme of pressure on people. That's the kind of KID MASTER, as one of the affected customers called them. And, apparently, they are not going to stop - They have potential, judging by the name of their office, and with a capital letter. People be vigilant.
I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews before contacting this "repair". They feed me breakfast, disappear, ignore incoming calls — for a very long time I can't pick up my camera in any form. In short, not a "deal" — but a "throw". I plan to appeal to consumer protection and advise everyone else affected by this "counter" to do so.
On November 12, I contacted the Delok-Master company about a non-working microwave oven. I was satisfied that the company makes the delivery itself. Due to old age (70 years old) this is important. On the same day, the microwave was repaired and brought back. The light board lit up at the moment of switching on. I paid 45 rubles for the repair. When the master left (he introduced himself as the owner of the company), he casually picked up the receipt from the table, and did not leave a receipt for payment.
A few days later, I tried to use the MK, but it didn't work. I turned to the workshop again. But the man answered me in a rude form (apparently he did it himself) that they had a lot of work and that I had to take the MK myself to repair at Gorky 88. For me, this is unrealistic due to ill health. I was outraged, and the man hung up. That's it!
They pretend to do repairs! Repair receipts are being stolen! They don't issue payment checks! Accordingly, they do not give guarantees! THEY ARE SHAMING PRIVATE ENTERPRISE IN THEIR OWN PERSON!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
