Customer orientation is at its worst. They didn't give out what they ordered, they messed up themselves, and they demand to come back to redo it. And return the amount? Or for the courier to change it, since it's your joint? No, of course, you drank it back yourself and changed it for the same amount. It couldn't be worse.
