We stay in the off-season on business trips. Quietly, calmly. A gentrified area. The standard rooms are comfortable: there is a refrigerator, a minimum set of dishes, a kettle, and even a microwave oven in room 11! There is an electric heater - you will not freeze at night. In the village. There are a lot of grocery stores in Sedovo, the choice is wide.

This has never happened to us before!
We ordered 2 rooms, for 6000 and 6500r/day. When we stopped by, everything was fine, beautiful entrance, friendly hostess, in general everything is cool. They told me to wait until the room was cleaned, because they arrived an hour before check-in. We decided to kill time in the cafe at Delmar, and it was from here that everything started. Firstly, we waited for the waiter for about 20 minutes. After that, it was decided to go order food ourselves, since the waiter did not come up to us. When ordering food, we were given it as a takeaway without even asking. When asked to bring it all to the table or re-punch the order, they were refused, saying "Well, you come up when it's ready." It didn't end there! They told us to wait about 20 minutes, but it so happened that we waited 40 while others received their orders for a table. (After 20 minutes, we approached to find out the status of the order, but we were asked to wait, again and again).
In a bad mood, we find out that we were settled in the wrong room, but quickly resolved this issue by moving to another one. During this time, the lights were turned off, but we did not attach much importance to this as it was light, and we did not want to sit in the room.
Returning from the beach, getting ready to relax, it turned out that the TV was not working. And attempts to set it up on their own failed.
I would like to note the condition of the rooms, everything was clean, there were small consumables (shower gel, shampoo), towel, pastel, a set of dishes for 4 people. The only thing was there were no household items, by type: detergent, and dish sponges.
The camping area is quite large and very well maintained. There are places where you can take pictures (I especially liked the swing). Everything is really very beautiful and interesting. Access to the sea is close, which is very convenient. The beach itself is quite spacious and clean. The exit from the beach is equipped with taps that allow you to wash the sand off your feet and walk cleanly around the territory. Conveniently, there are quite a few sun beds, and they are freely available.
On the first day, the Internet worked well only at night, and the whole next day (July 7), the Internet did not work at all, it said there was no Internet connection.
Coming to a conclusion, I want to say one thing, the place is really very beautiful, and it's nice to relax here, but the prices are really not cheap. The restaurant or cafe is expensive, although the rooms are well cleaned and filled with various amenities, they are not very spacious (like mini-studios). The lack of service in the cafe, as well as these minor flaws, greatly spoil the mood on vacation.

To the cons....
1. The room is not cleaned at check-in from the word at all!!!! A lot of sand and hair.
2. The stench of sewage in the room. There is water in the shower. The equipment is worn out, peeling and in a raid.
3. The refrigerator has not been washed after the previous tenants. There is a pile of ice in the freezer with the remnants of food or drinks that have flowed onto it. It's like the old Donbass.
4. The linoleum is torn. It is missing in chunks in places .
5. In the cafe on the territory there is not one dish that can be fed to a one-year-old child. Except for the noodle soup, which they managed to spoil by salting with mivina. The feeling that we are still looking for a hot mug (though with a piece of chicken). The bread is not fresh. So take more baby food in cans with you. It's good that we overreacted.
6. The seller in the store at the entrance is rude and not friendly. There's just a barn in the store. There are no price tags. It's like a landfill.
7. And the main thing is Shuuummm!!!! The music screams like hell until 22. The vibration can be heard on the bed and the overhead lights are shaking. I don't mind the music, but why is it so loud!!!???? In addition to this, children's cars that drive under your windows for 23 hours. But I think this is only in the rooms near the playground.

The territory is huge, well-groomed, the beaches are clean, there are sun beds, canopies, a bar, a dance floor, good houses for different numbers of residents (everyone will find their own pocket and convenience), there are no canteens on the territory, you can go to eat in neighboring Helios, there is a shop at the entrance that could open a little earlier and close a little later. There is a one-time visit function, the price is in principle adequate 200 rubles per person. The staff are mostly young girls who tease like that)) Separately, I would like to say about the girl at the reception and her boorish attitude, people are taking you money, you do not need to behave like that. Let's start with the fact that a disgruntled and boorish girl Polina will meet you at the reception, who behaves as if you came to her house uninvited! You rent a room, but you have to pay for everything!!! The entrance to the cafe costs 500 rubles, the entrance to the pool costs 500 rubles, well, the beach is a separate story, it is unrealistic to take sun beds there (they are all occupied from 6 a.m. by people who come to the beach for 200 rubles, with their cutlets and alcohol, spread out on the entire beach, and there is simply no place left for residents! The staff at the bar and cafe is very rude and dissatisfied, the order at the cafe is brought in an hour and all the food is cold, for three servings of soup, they bring one spoon!!! The furniture in the cafe is in poor condition

Nice territory and a beach . The cleanliness is being monitored . Good location of the building where he lived , overlooking the sea .Further cons , there are enough of them :
1. Why should I, having paid 5,000 rubles per day, in the summer, in the season, wake up at 7 a.m. from the sounds of a grinder and relax on the beach all day long to the sounds of construction and the stink of paint? Why wasn't the work done out of season without discomfort for vacationers?
2. The stink in the room. Everything is clean , cleaning for 4 after the previous tenants . Questions for builders and housing maintenance . The stench of sewage . Either the hydraulic valves in the drain siphons do not work , or the fan pipes are clogged or missing . The direct connection of the drain to the sewer without a water seal is a terrible stink!!!!
3. The Internet. The quality is ugly! The signal throughout the territory is good , it 's probably either the provider or the setup . The internet often disappears completely at full Wi-Fi scale!

The price does not match the quality!
We took an economy room, a 3-room room costs 3,500 rubles per day, without a kitchen, there is a bathroom and a shower.
The ceiling height of 2 meters with my 190 cm was not very comfortable.
No one escorts you to the room, they gave you the keys and look for it yourself.
The room was not cleaned after the previous visitor.
Stray dogs run freely around the territory, so I highly recommend visiting with a small child.
The overall score is 3 out of 10.

The newest recreation center in Sedovo. A huge, very well-maintained area. There are many plantings. There is a swimming pool. But... the prices are huge, as in all of Sedovo. They say that if there is no money for Sedovo, you need to go to Crimea or Sochi. And in Delmar they are just tall. The service in the cafe is not very good, it takes a very long time to wait, 70% of the menu is not there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious dishes , 5+ service and unrealistically cool DJ LAPIN, special thanks to him for such music just blows his head! The guy is really a professional in his field, not every nightclub can be so hung out, relax, take pictures, and get so many impressions! The beach is beautiful! For 100 rubles per person you get:
A sunbed (if you have time);
There are many locations for photos;
Swing in the sea;
A large beach, unlike the other 20 m of coastlines;
There is a cafe on site, we had lunch there and it was very tasty.
