The hotel is cheap and decent. But in the 5th floor internet is so weak doesn't work. Also the walls are not sound proof. You can hear what's happening in other room. Heater was too high. Had to keep opening window. But in budget I will say decent hotel.

Generally it was nice. I booked a comfort room with a small kitchen area up in the 5th floor, the building has no lift. However, I would say the bed was not that good, I had a slight back pain when I got home. But as I say. The best thing about it is the location, and friendly staff.

Останавливались с женой в Dell Arte на пару ночей. Плюсов у отеля много: рядом вокзал, много заведений где можно покушать и отдохнуть, есть рядом сетевые магазины. Так как мы 80% передвигались по городу на такси, то нам было удобно вызвать его на остановку, которая в трёх шагах от отеля. Приятные администраторы, вкусные и сытные завтраки. Окна номера выходили на невский проспект - красивый вид. Минусы: он один - подуставший номерной фонд. Думаю номерам требуется легкая косметика. В остальном все супер! Рекомендую.
