The cafe is great, I liked that there are pp dishes. We stopped by a couple of times when we were in Astana to have breakfast. The staff is polite, the decoration is pleasant, what I ordered was delicious.

It's not a big place, the tables are too closely spaced. The waiters are confused, constantly changing, they forgot to bring tea, they asked for the menu themselves. The children's area is dirty, and I just liked the food. I don't want to do it anymore, I'd rather go to a nearby place.

We loved this coffee shop very much, we began to come here often, because we liked absolutely everything!
Excellent staff, always explain everything, help, polite and knowledgeable!
The cafe is always loaded with guests, but for such a "steam", the guys cook quite quickly. We waited about 20-30 minutes for a full landing.
We tried a lot - Italian set, Buddha bowl, cocoa, funnel v60, for dessert we tried the chocolate burger cake and pistachio Shu cake. Every position is just a delight! Incredible desserts, I highly recommend it!
Next time we took Kung Pao with chicken, zucchini pancakes, superman latte and funnel again - and again a wonderful lunch, we really liked all the dishes! For dessert, we took a cake in a waffle cone - just dump everything!!
We also took home nuts with condensed milk, they are just wonderful!! And we will separately note the drip coffee - we sampled several pieces, we really liked it!

Delicious and hearty large plates. I don't need any more coffee, at most. I ate Ukrainian and Italian plates - they were very tasty. Next time I'll try the American one with a burger and tomato soup. The staff is very kind and polite. Cool interiors, clean. I also take out pastries here and in 1 more branch of Delisha in Silkway. It's expensive to bake, but very tasty.

I liked the atmosphere, it was very cozy and friendly. Good waiters, not intrusive, moderately attentive. Well, delicious breakfasts and good coffee.
There is a very small playground for toddlers and high chairs for small children. I also think it's a plus.

The cafe is open from 08:00, but even by 10:00 the windows are empty, the assortment is not complete, in the evening the same story, as if it is impossible to make a high-quality calculation and customers could order what they want and not from leftovers.

How can visitors at 22:39, when the coffee shop is open until 23:00 and is obliged to provide a full range of services up to this time, say "our barista has already washed the coffee machine"?! Guys, ow! A guide in the course of such a daily routine? These are visitors and profits. The coffee machine is cleaned for a maximum of 5 minutes. Was it difficult to make coffee, which the visitors came for, and wash the machine again?😑
