Good place. Sunny and spacious. Positive and helpful stuff. Cappuccino was good. Internet is available. Add 10% to menu prices for service.

A nice place with pleasant service and delicious coffee. The waiting time for dishes is not always comfortable, but I am ready to come to Astana to enjoy your dessert SHU once again. It 's a delight 🤤

Terrible service. We ordered a cake in advance for my mother-in-law's birthday, they asked in whatsapp who would pick it up and when and replied that it was good. When I arrived, it turned out that there was no cake and it was not planned, because it turns out that the client after "OK " has to somehow guess the day before to clarify whether there will be a cake and an advance payment
