A wonderful hotel, very convenient location: near the vernissage, the city center, a 24-hour grocery store, currency exchange. The staff is very polite and pleasant, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are delicious. They arranged individual excursions for us. A great place at a very nice price!

A lovely and cozy hotel. A huge room with two king-size beds and a Jacuzzi. A family of 4 people were accommodated as comfortably as possible. Friendly staff, quiet environment and good location. To the left is a minute's walk from the beautiful Tumanyan Street, to the right is the Vernissage and a 10-minute walk from Republic Square. If you need a small and cozy hotel with a good location, you can definitely recommend it.

This is probably the best hotel in Yerevan for all types of tourists, I will try to write in detail, as the season is ahead and perhaps it is you who, after reading the review, will make a choice in favor of this cozy and comfortable hotel.
Firstly, the staff: these are very good and sincere people, they will tell you where and how best to get there, answer questions about the city and always come to the rescue in non-standard situations and requests.
Secondly, the quality of the rooms and cleaning. The quality of the rooms is excellent, excellent bed, underfloor heating, refrigerator, large TV, hair dryer, all necessary things in the bathroom are available and constantly updated.
Thirdly, logistics, if you leave the hotel and go to the right, then in 5 minutes you will be at the well—known Vernissage market, and through it in 5 minutes (perhaps more if you get stuck at the counter of those products that are sold there) on Republic Square.
If you leave the hotel and go left, you will get to Tumanyan Street, where there are a lot of restaurants, and after them there is already northern avenue and koskad.
Fourth, the hotel is located on a wide street, which allows you to conveniently and quickly call a taxi and quickly get to the hotel when you are already tired.
In general, I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation in Yerevan, and prosperity to all employees. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

A small, cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. We stayed at the end of July for 4 days in the most budget room.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was with a child, they asked me what to cook for him for breakfast.
Modern renovation, very clean, neat, nothing superfluous. There is not enough window, of course, but the cost of the room was compensated)

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, polite staff, a normal breakfast, you can definitely have a snack. They take things for free and wash them. Everything is within walking distance.
