We had a vacation with a guy for the first time in Abkhazia. The choice fell on this guest house and you know, you did not regret it) The hosts are friendly and lovely) We rented a cottage and we were the first to move into it) in connection with this event, the hostess Gayane gave us delicious homemade wine! The house is aesthetic. There is no cleaning, there is no washing machine, but we did not really look for it, we did without it, fortunately we are not white-handed-and we are able to clean ourselves and wash with our hands) who needs a 5-star service, this is for you in a 5-star hotel) the main thing for us was not to be disturbed and there was a place to sleep) There is a summer kitchen with everything you need, a grocery store and a shop with all sorts of souvenirs and things for the beach. There were power outages, but it's not the fault of the owners. We treated this with understanding. Vadim turned on the diesel generator in such cases. The sea is literally across the street. It's clean, there aren't many people.
I honestly didn't want to leave either. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality! Maybe we'll come next year!

The Dolphin shop is on the ground floor and the guest house is above.
We lived next door and visited friends at the Dolphin

I really didn't want to write a negative review. I tried my best to suppress the resentment of the first day, but a week later we were offended even more.
I'll start from the beginning. I read reviews on the booking that there is a kitchen, good hosts. It suited me. I even brought some cereal with me so that I wouldn't have to go shopping for the first day and cook porridge for the child. But ...
Eric met us at the border, I must say right away, I do not know who he is, but after booking at the Booking, he contacted me. I made an advance payment to his card. He promised to pick it up from the border. we agreed on 400 rubles, when we arrived and paid for the accommodation, he said another 500 for a taxi.... Not much more, but very unpleasant. Provided that, in general, it costs 200 from a Dolphin to the border, no matter who you catch. Eric showed me the room, there's a kitchen downstairs on the street. I asked if everything was there. He said that grandma is in charge here, in the morning you will go to the store where all kinds of beach utensils are sold and she will tell you everything. We did so, I came in, said that Eric had brought us in the evening and told us to come up to you, ask how to use the kitchen. GRANDMA'S ANSWER SHOCKED ME TO THE CORE:"Are you going to cook here all day? There is a kettle, you can drink tea in the morning, go look for it, there are cafes and canteens everywhere. YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE ROOM!" After that, I didn't only want to eat, I didn't even want to drink tea....Of course, we found a place to eat... but the sediment, as they say...For a week we were like mice quietly leaving in the morning, quietly coming in the evening. We greeted everyone we met, it was extremely difficult to understand who the owner was there at all, a lot of store employees, arriving and departing deliverers of goods. Plus the construction site, the builders, the noise.... As a result, 7 days passed like this, after the tour we had khachapuri left, and in the morning I still DECIDED to go down to the kitchen to warm it up. I looked that the microwave was turned off, there was no outlet anywhere. A gray-haired, slender man was sitting at the kitchen table, I turned to him, he said he would turn it on now. But the microwave didn't heat up in any mode. From the word at all. Then a woman came up, and I said, "good morning," as usual. To which she replied "good morning", and then added extremely negatively: "I don't want to say good morning to you.".. I was afraid that I had used the kitchen, and she continued: "you are some kind of uncommunicative guests."... I tried to argue that Grandma had told us only tea was allowed and we didn't bother.. the answer was completely knocked down ... What does Grandma have to do with it, the kettle is working. The microwave is also.... And LEFT... some other woman came, looked at what the microwave was turning, but not heating, she was more friendly, I ventured to ask if I could use the stove, she said: "I do not know, ask the owners".... And too She's gone. As a result, the man returned and allowed the stove... I was not happy about this breakfast already.... It was extremely insulting! In addition, during the week they never changed towels, never took out the trash, never cleaned up.... We took out the garbage ourselves, we inserted bags that brought food from the store. Also with toilet paper... all by yourself. We even cleaned up after the kitten, which regularly shits right in the hallway in front of the rooms. The kitten is hungry, screamed constantly, it is both a pity and not too pleasant that he is bullying under the doors. Unfortunately, it was impossible to leave, because they booked through Booking, and it says that it is impossible to change the dates, otherwise a fine from the card. And we have already paid Eric for two weeks and paid clearly by transfer, not through Booking... At the same time, he also said, I will move the dates there myself so as not to pay the Booking commission..... Here is the result of one week. On the positive side, the sea is really nearby, the air conditioner is working, there is a refrigerator. And that's it! But living in rooms that face the road is impossible from the word at ALL. LOCAL HOT GUYS rush around in cars at night, apparently without mufflers at great speed. The roar is such that we hardly slept the first night. Thanks to Eric, I moved into the room opposite, in which I lived myself, the Windows of which overlook the side road... It became slightly quieter. And this is with the windows closed. And, by the way, we were generally alone in a 5-room hotel.... Think about the positive reviews and who writes them. The owners are building another three-storey hotel on the territory, apparently.... I doubt very much that with such a wonderful "grandmother" and "sweet", apparently the hostess... they will have a lot of visitors... As for the conditions that are prescribed on the booking, I will write about them that there is not even half of what is listed. The clothes dryer was busy with things like the owners all the time, because we were alone in the "hotel". Everything was dried in the room... I especially liked that the bar is registered!!! If the kitchen, WHICH you CAN NOT ENTER, and after that you are also called a bar .... Then I am Matilda KSHESINSKAYA AND PUTIN IN ONE BOTTLE! And let them not be offended, but I will send this review wherever I see a mention of this hotel. The hotel itself is not bad, but the WOMEN of this hotel are A COMPLETE MESS. we stayed there for another week, and Eric gave us new towels after asking for a replacement. Before we left, another poor guy stopped by just in the very room where they first put us. By the way, at the Booking, someone wrote in a review about wonderful owners and the same cute dogs.... Of course, the dogs did not touch, but if you go with food, they almost knock you down, smear with saliva, do not let you pass, and those who walk there from the "type of hookers" do not care, they have never held or driven away:(and at night, these cute dogs bark like crazy. They can do it for an hour... As a rule, from three in the morning until five.... Anyway, it's not a good place. And most of all, I was shocked by the announcement on the doors of the store on the ground floor under the rooms that there are suites available.... Apparently, a renovated room with a toilet in Abkhazia is called a SUITE.... There wasn't even a hair dryer. In general, think for yourself. If it weren't for the unpleasant moments and the obvious deception, then... But the sea is wonderful, just around the corner. And if the owners want a more binding relationship, they need to identify themselves first and learn how to politely talk to those who come and settle in with you... And not growl viciously.

It's a small shop. The beer is good. perishable products should be taken with caution, check the expiration date. Payment both in cash and by card, the Tinkoff World worked for me. But you need to insert a map) as in other places in Abkhazia
