As a result, the son did not get into the water. I got scared at the moment of the ascent. Well, the staff is generally terrible. Our grandmother, who is sitting there with the keys, insulted us. She screamed at the child that he was squeaking and bothering everyone. She even dared to grab him and tell him off. In general, we were preparing for our first visit to the pool and everything went as badly as possible. Moreover, they settled comfortably. If you want a complaint book, go to the stadium. It's there. There's no one from the administration either. But I will definitely come back to leave a review and for the administration to explain to me why some aunt allows herself to behave like this.

Going with a family of 5 people is ready for 50 rubles., and it also happens that the water is cold in a large pool. The depth for adults is about 175 cm...

In theory, a good pool, but there are nuances.
1. Doors do not close well. You enter the locker room (in my case, the women's room), and to close the door you have to lower the handle and only then slam the door. If you just slam it, everything will be open. And besides, almost immediately after the door, the locker rooms begin, there is always a good chance that while you are coming in, the person who is changing clothes will light up. It's unpleasant.
Access to the pool from the showers is even better. The door is basically without a handle and does not close well. And for a minute, if you don't slam the door, half of the shower room will be visible to everyone in the pool. So also people, for some reason, completely ignore the fact that they did not close the door. And in the end, everyone sees you as they want.
2. Swimming without hats is allowed for men. I'm sorry, but it's just unpleasant. Especially considering that a certificate is not needed for swimming in the pool.
I have no idea what's on the head of those people without a hat: tenants, dandruff, just some kind of skin problems. But it is very, very unpleasant.
3. Briefing. Honestly, I have no idea what it is. If you take a solo lesson, no one will tell you about safety in the pool, if you take a subscription, you must sign that you know TB. But you don't know TB. And in general, it turns out that single classes do not require TB, or what?
4. There is no control of visitors, and visitors have no discipline. No one knows how to behave in the pool, no one cares that someone is bothering someone.
Of course, someone is training, someone is resting. But people don't respect each other and nobody cares about it. If you try to resolve such a conflict on your own, the client will send you, say that he bought the passage, so he has the right. An employee will come up to solve the conflict, but no one will listen.
How many times has it happened that because of those "having fun", only the waves spread over the entire pool, which almost drowned the guys who are just learning to swim.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone really gets hurt in connection with such discipline.
5. Control of the locker room keys? Well, here's a table for you, here are the keys to the locker room of those who just came to the session, and also the keys of those who come out of the pool from the previous session. And all on the same table.
6. You never know how many lanes will be available. Previously, they posted a schedule, so many tracks are free at such a time and day, but at other times and so many days. There is no such practice now. We came, in the usually free last time of the pool, and there bang and the whole track is occupied by one person for an individual lesson. As a result, instead of comfortable swimming for 3 people on the track, we smoothly move to 5 on the same track (and I remind you, some of them do not know how to behave on the track). Yes, the maximum number on 1 track is 10 people, but from 4-5 it becomes more difficult to swim, let alone 10.
I would love to come at a time when there are no individual classes and all the tracks are free. It's so hard to know when this case is happening...

And the time itself is not convenient. Personally, I would walk around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but it's still okay, do it at least from 18:15 freely. 5 sessions is the minimum required to meet the needs of the population. Ideally, a session should be done for those who swim 1.5 km plus per session, because not only are there at least 4 people on the track, they also swim at an amateur level, they cannot overtake. I propose to write a collective complaint, with a request / demand to allocate more swimming lanes. So that from 18:15 free swimming is available only on a paid basis.

This is the second visit and I will say this, I have not seen a worse place yet. I don't know what's in your water, but this is the second time it's been bad, and not only for me. Thirdly, why do children aged 5-8 years old seem to be allowed into an adult pool?? It's uncomfortable to swim, you're afraid not to hurt him, not to relax at all. I swam calmly for 10 minutes, 5 with anxiety, and then left feeling unwell. In another pool, where to go further is much better, the water is fine (there are no rashes and headaches), children do not interfere, there is no hair dryer, but it works. I do not recommend this place, I will not come again
