We are having a rest at this hotel. The room is large, clean, everything works, Sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but this does not depend on the hotel, but on the upbringing of the guests. The territory is very cozy, clean, fallen leaves and needles are constantly being removed. A warm swimming pool. But vacationers do not always take a shower before visiting the pool and after wigs in the sauna. They come out and splash into the water. But again, this is not a minus for the hotel, but for the guests. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and varied. Wine is served at lunch. And what a pastry, just a fairy tale. There is always fruit. I would like to suggest setting a dress code for visiting the restaurant. Young people like to come in underpants and T-shirts. It's not very pleasant. Although you can ignore it. The staff is attentive and polite.Cleaning is daily, towels are changed frequently. There are bathrobes and slippers.Iron for ironing. This is not in the description of the hotel. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, gel, conditioner and a shower cap, very convenient. We really like it here, we don't want to go back to the north at all. The hotel has its own access to the beach and sun beds, and that's where all the advantages ended.
Packs of dogs are constantly running around on the beach, and sometimes cows come in.The sunbeds are not washed, they are always dirty, and there are no mattresses on them. The sea drags trees, twigs, logs and all this can lie on the beach for weeks.
The lights are constantly turned off, from 3 to 5 at night, and several more times during the day. There is no light, the air conditioners are not working, there is no water.
Don't expect much from the buffet, it's like it. Since the lights are often turned off, their refrigerators do not work either, and I think for this reason there is an INTESTINAL INFECTION in the hotel, almost everyone is sick. If you want to spend your vacation on the toilet, then you are here.
There is a girl at the reception, Selma, always with a dissatisfied face, do not expect politeness and friendliness from her.
If you want to ruin your vacation, then welcome.

A very comfortable, clean hotel,excellent location,well-groomed territory,rooms are updated,the cleaning is excellent,its place on the beach with sun beds and canopies.There is a small playground.The food spoiled the impression, for a resident of the middle zone there is too much fried, spicy, garlic and seasoned with sauces, but in principle you will not stay hungry, the breakfasts are excellent.I would like to redo the concept of nutrition for families with children a little bit and everything would be fine.

Yes, friends, ONE star! To be honest, I want to lower the overall rating of the hotel because 4.4 stars is absolutely out of line with reality.
Chapter 1
"For local hoteliers: the main thing is a wrapper!"
Which is good: cozy rooms, good and delicious food, good room service, their own beach (but strangers often come in with their bedding(!), and they are the ones who behave like greyhounds, smoke and laugh loudly), there is a bar (prices are slightly above average, a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, but the beer is disgusting), excursions (in my opinion a little expensive), the staff is generally polite, well-groomed and cozy private territory, free sun beds, free wi-fi throughout the hotel, there is a tennis court, Playground, swimming pool, good view from the windows (if not in the yard (!) and perhaps that's it.

And now the cons and they really spoil the impression: an aggressive beach worker, beats dogs, but does not clean the beach and does not expel boorish strangers (there was a storm the day before, and the children of vacationers cleaned the logs), for 5 days of arrival at the hotel trees from the beach they never cleaned; the old pipes in the building (washing in the shower stall - hot water stinks of sewage), they did not warn that in Abkhazia they turn off electricity from 03:00 to 05:00 in the morning - this is tin, because according to the law of meanness you sometimes want to go to the toilet at night, but there is no water, (AND OFTEN THERE IS NO WATER DURING THE DAY!) since the pumps are powered by electricity, further, the SPRING mattresses on the bedroom beds in the rooms are very uncomfortable to sleep, wi-fi does not work in all rooms (periodic alarm). I recommend to readers: take your shampoos and other toiletries, slippers (rocky shore) and, of course, stock up on all medicines at home! There's not much here.…
The buffet is one name! The menu is monotonous. Pasta - it should have been tried to spoil (cheap, sticky, not salty), chicken soup every evening - it should have been guessed to add GARLIC to CHICKEN soup! Eggplant has always been bitter. Dear cook, they should be soaked in water before frying!!! Cakes are made on margarine (the taste of margarine cannot be overlooked, dear cook).
DO NOT DRINK WATER FROM A JUG AND WINE IN GLASSES IN THE DINING ROOM - THIS IS TAP WATER, AND THE WINE IS DILUTED WITH THE SAME WATER!!!
OTHERWISE: > While we were staying at the hotel, we often heard from families that children caught rotovirus, and the whole family caught it, but, I repeat, there is OFTEN no water! This is kapets! We often heard these disadvantages at lunches and dinners and from many other Dolphin vacationers. Choose for yourself, friends!
p.s. Their "hardworking" beach worker did not clean up the piles of garbage in 5 days, but in the evening of 08/02/2021 I personally heard his boss begging him to remove the garbage, and he emotionally answered her - it's hot on the beach and so on"

The hotel is not bad for Abkhazia, but for the second year in a row we are voicing recommendations to the managers:
- install washing machines in the cottages (there are quite budget options)
- put baskets for dirty laundry (you have to put them in a bag)
- put normal clothes dryers (what is worth does not stand up to any criticism)

We had a rest in August 2019. The service has changed for the worse compared to 2018. The access control is not respected. The beach is full of strangers, who smokes where they want. The food is disgusting, my stomachs ached for a week. The playground is falling apart, no one is repairing it. The children's trampoline was simply disassembled and removed instead of repair. The main reason for the decline is called the change of the hotel owner. We are very disappointed in the rest, we don't recommend going there anymore and we don't recommend others. Spoiled vacation, undermined health for your not so little money.

The perfect sea, pine trees and eucalyptus trees on the territory! Great cafe on the beach! Everything is positive! The food is terrible- the canteen, there is not enough food, the cottage is tired, The furniture is old... and there is nothing to say about the attitude and service at all, it is missing! It feels like the vacationers came to visit for free, the management (all brothers-in-law) behave disgustingly, a disgusting attitude towards Russian tourists who come for a lot of money! There is a lot of rotovirus, children are sick, there is an active construction on the territory of the bathhouse! There are also people who live in cottages all the time and can be very noisy at night... Everything is allowed! So you can also talk about silence, apparently not in season!
