We rested in the Dolphin from July 19 to August 1.Meals are served three times a day, buffet style.A good selection of salads, appetizers and hot dishes: chicken, pork, fish.For breakfast there are very tasty pancakes, always cottage cheese, kefir,eggs, cheese. for lunch there was homemade wine.The territory is clean, well-groomed, among the pines.Directly from the territory there is access to a large beach with its own awnings and sun beds.The room was cleaned daily with a change of towels.We lived in a standard room.

A wonderful, wonderful place 🥰 vacationed with my mother and son, I really want to come again. Great tennis, clean sea and clean beach, varied food, swimming pool. The hotel grounds are very cozy and the staff is very friendly.

The most shameful hotel I've ever been in, it will be much better on the highway in the cheapest eatery. Think 100 times before booking it. The food is like in the canteen at the bus station. The rooms are air-conditioned, but they work as fans because they are not properly serviced. There is no room in the room from the word at all, cockroaches. I do not understand who writes positive reviews to this hotel, the territory is very small.

The only plus of this hotel is the gorgeous sea and nature. Everything else is solid cons: tired rooms, superficial cleaning in the room, mold in the showers. The power supply (for 4 stars) is at a very low level. I think this is an overrated 4-star hotel. A lot of money just for a gorgeous sea.

I've been going to Dolphin since 2014. I was in love with him. The atmosphere of comfort, attention, everything for the rest of the guests. I stayed in the room once, the rest of the visits were at the cottage. It was the only place in Abkhazia where food was not poisoned. Arriving this year, I realized at the entrance that the situation was not comme il faut. Hookah-smoking relatives of the manager, as they explained to me later ((((. At the reception there are packages, some things in one word, a shallot. Upon check-in, they announced that they could not refuse the New Year's table. She explained that we have a woman with a hearing aid and she is very uncomfortable staying where the music is loud. The "friendly" employees could not part with the floating 11,500 rubles and did not meet me halfway. When I corresponded with the hotel, I was not warned that I definitely need to pay for the New Year's dinner. But after seeing the whole "holiday" in the lobby, I only confirmed that we would have nothing to do there. I paid the money so as not to spoil NG, but we did not go to the hotel banquet. It was a celebration for the staff (sisters, brothers, etc.) We went to the dining room three times. THIS IS A FAILURE! There's nothing to eat!!! Sausages and sausage are cheap rubbish, endless broth, porridge milk with water, vegetable soup with no vegetables, sausage cheese, chopped cabbage, carrots, beets. Where did the delicious cottage cheese go? Where is the cottage cheese supplier? Previously, they were surprised by delicious dishes, there were no dishes flowing from lunch to dinner.
Where did the cook who was before 2019 go?????? Where are the tablecloths on the tables???? Why are the dishes wet?
In cottage 4, when checking in, they found wrappers from cookies and ice cream, the floor is not washed, the stove is not working (the oven is still working) are the light bulbs dark in the toilets so that dirt is not visible? On the second floor, the shower stall swings strongly and silicone is smeared with moldy. The sofa, beds and pillows already want to retire.
In the pool, the grill is in mold, but with disinfectants and a brush, I think it will wash off well, so that you don't spend money on a new one.))))) In general, the guys got impudent or out of stupidity they rode the success that the club hotel was famous for all over Abkhazia. Very sorry. Now there is a holiday here for their relatives, they sit in the lobby all day long.

A great hotel for a vacation in the middle of June.Beautiful well-groomed territory, birds chirp and the smell of vegetation is incredible. The rooms are cozy, snow-white linen is cleaned every day, bath towels,beach towels,bathrobes,slippers, a hairdryer in the room, all washing accessories for the shower.The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious.

The sea is 10 meters away, the beach is wonderful, free sun beds. There are many pines and flowers on the territory. There is a private parking lot. We had a very good rest, let's go again.

We visited the hotel 2 times in 2018 and 2021. I really like the hotel and will come back here again. The hotel is located at the very end of the Pitsunda pine grove. The territory is large, beautifully decorated. Your own beach. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court. The air is amazing. The views are beautiful. Well, the name of the hotel is not for nothing, dolphins can often be seen from the beach and pier. We recommend it for a quiet family vacation!

The first time we arrived and these sweets drove us crazy, they were so delicious and varied that it was difficult to stop consuming them, I wanted more and more, the main menu is standard, you can eat as they say. We had a rest in early October 2021. The place itself is great. About 1.5 hectares on the first line are pine trees, eucalyptus trees, and many other greenery. Clean pebble beach, 15-20 m from the building to the beach. There are awnings and sun beds on the beach. We lived in a 2-room suite, the room is large with a balcony, sea view. Cleaning every day, change of towels daily, 4•0.33 water daily, bathrobes. The furniture has already started to get tired, there is no outlet in the bathroom, one light bulb, the mirror is a little dark. The mattress on the bed is spring-loaded, it is very difficult to sleep. The shower stall in the bathroom apparently leaked and was siliconized. This silicone is all overgrown with black mold, it is very unpleasant to wash. Silicone change is 300 rubles and 2 hours of work, a day to dry, but no one does it. Although the room price is 7,500rubles per day, it is not cheap. I didn't like the food at all. Monotonous, with almost no choice. There hasn't been a fish in five days. The pasta is grey in color. Dishes move from breakfast to lunch, from lunch to dinner. Today, chicken and eggplant are separate dishes, tomorrow it is already a stew digested together. Sausage and ham at breakfast are a strange color. For the first time in twenty years I saw sausage cheese. A lot of stairs, with a stroller is not an option. There is no entertainment, it is far from Pitsunda. There is only the private sector around.

It was the worst room of all the hotels I've ever stayed in. Fortunately, we only stopped by for a day. After the appearance of the hotel and the rich lobby, when we opened the door to the room, we were simply horrified. Old wooden furniture, a bed with a spring mattress, which is simply impossible to sleep on. Even if you turn your head slightly, you wake up to this terrible creaking of springs. Tulle on the windows with holes and stains, night curtains... No, you haven't... by closing one side of the window, the other opens. In the chandelier of five bulbs, only four were lit (three of them yellow, one white), the fifth was generally black, since the bulb burned out. (It's like the buttons on a shirt are torn off) The bathroom is a separate song. Except for the built-in light bulb in the ceiling, there is no more light. There is no outlet either, but there is a hairdryer in the room.... The cabin doors do not close, the cabin windows are dirty, the silicone is blackened from dampness. In general, alas and oh. It's like a spoiled candy in a beautiful wrapper. The situation was slightly smoothed out by the beautiful park on the territory of the hotel, walking distance to the sea and a delicious and varied breakfast. As a result, 9,000 rubles spent per night and an unpleasant memory of this hotel.

We bought a ticket here because of our own beach and the location of the hotel and the fact that it is a club hotel, as they say on the website. But the beach is not its own, people come to the beach who came from other hotels or who came as "savages" and use sun beds or lie on their blankets in front of the sea. One large group of vacationers not from the hotel occupied sun beds under small pines and by the sea. A club hotel, I didn't understand what they meant by that word. In the evenings, silence and in one word for older people. It is necessary that the word "private beach" be removed from the site and in the advertisements. And the hotel is beautiful, the rooms have normal furniture, not new. The food is good. The territory of the hotel is also beautiful, all covered with trees (pines, eucalyptus). There is a normal indoor pool and a gym. There is no water in the rooms, at least there is a water cooler in the corridors.

We really wanted to spend our holidays at the Dolphin Hotel. A two-room room was booked through the tour operator. The hotel confirmed the reservation in January 2022. Several months have passed and at the end of March 2022, we are told that the reserved room will not be provided to us, since these rooms are closed for special service. Two separate rooms were offered with an additional fee without a guarantee of their location next to each other. Considering that we are traveling with my husband and two children, this option cannot be implemented. The planned vacation is ruined. There is virtually no opportunity to pick up something at the end of March. Plane tickets were purchased for room reservations. Thanks to the hotel for the upcoming vacation!!!!
