Nice hotel! The design is modern, clean and cozy, but the prices are overpriced. We stayed at the hotel and ate in other places. There is a bakery nearby, any delicious pizza to take away. Fruits and vegetables are sold across the street at affordable prices. Shops are nearby too. Breakfast at the hotel is included in the price, of course it is a good buffet to choose from: porridge, sandwiches, tea, coffee, even watermelon was given. The hotel has its own electric generator, which is very convenient when the lights are turned off, it is here and everything works: refrigerators, split, etc. The beach is within walking distance (across the street), which is very convenient in any weather. The sea is crystal clear, the pebbles are average. It is advisable to purchase rubber slippers for entering the sea.t.k. it is sharp to enter, especially when the waves. You can rent a sunbed for the price of 100 rubles all day 👍 A quiet, cozy place without entertainment, just to relax from the hustle and bustle! We liked it!

We had a vacation in September 2022 as a couple. A great hotel for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle - quiet, cozy.
The staff is very friendly!
In principle, everything that is written in the reviews is positive, everything is true!
Wi-Fi catches all over the territory - even on the beach!
The only remark about the kitchen is very little meat and fish. But delicious fresh pastries!!!
Probably the best recommendation is that in February we already booked a room for September! ))
I will add my review after the 2023 vacation.
We were with my wife at this hotel in September 2022, 2023 and will arrive this year.
I read the reviews, it feels like they are writing about some other hotel!
About water - in the first year we learned at the reception that the water in the hotel is filtered from its well.
They drank it normally, they didn't buy bottled water - everything is fine.
The cleaning was of high quality both times.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I didn't understand about the lack of parking at all! I always put the car under our balcony on the territory, we left and arrived when we needed to.
And we always leave home at 5 a.m. - the security opens the gate without any problems!
And there is an indoor heated pool!

We had a rest in October 2024. A very cozy, beautiful hotel with a beautiful territory right on the beach. The hotel has a very pleasant quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff, good food, clean rooms every day, change towels. The hotel has a wonderful massage therapist Nina, special thanks to her for the massage!!! I walked with pleasure every day, my back is like new!!!The hotel is adjacent to a well-groomed, clean beach, equipped with sun beds, showers and awnings for the guests of this hotel. We were lucky with the weather, the sea was wonderful: calm, crystal clear and warm with very beautiful colored pebbles. In the evening, you can swim in the pool. In general, I liked everything very much, we will definitely come to Dolphin again. Many thanks to the management of the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful vacation in the land of the soul!!!

I really liked the hotel. For Abkhazia, well, it's really not bad ☺️
The food is normal, not Turkey, of course, in terms of the number of dishes, but everything is quite edible and delicious. Meat, as for me, is not enough, and there were not enough scrambled eggs for breakfast🙈
The cottage is gorgeous, everything you need is there.
The sea is just around the corner.
For a cool evening, there is a warm indoor pool.
Irina, who puts the houses in order, is a very nice and pleasant woman. And he does his job perfectly!What is needed, she will bring, inform, transmit information that needs to be corrected (for example, our TV was not working – she was informed, they came, everything was done).
At the reception, they turned mainly to Alina, she also explained everything, prompted on the first day.
Of the cons: there were few of them.
We froze at night, and blankets are not provided in October) For shelter, there are large, like towels. But at the request, Irina brought us duvet covers. The blankets were in the closet.
In the dining room, the meat is mostly in carcass form, with gravy. My kids don't eat that. Fried, grilled, etc. are not there.
There was no instant coffee for several days (do not bring it to the hotel), but for 100-150 rubles. you could buy a brewed or cappuccino at the bar in the dining room.
There are squirrels on the territory, it was a very pleasant meeting with these cute creatures.
There are sun beds on the beach. You do not need to pay extra for them. The beach is only for hotel visitors, which is not often seen in Abkhazia.
Towels are provided.
Well, from the unpleasant moments:
we wanted to extend it for a day, but "on the spot" the price was announced to us by 10 thousand more. Although I clarified the day before, at the reception, the cost per day was the same for which we purchased the tour. Apparently, the owner is trying to make money) But we changed our mind about staying, hung up on the tour operator (through whom the price was normal) and went home to prepare for work and study 😊
In general, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. There are plans to return.

The hotel has excellent staff and staff. The food is fresh and delicious, a great choice. Fresh pastries fruit broth every day. The sea is 1 minute away, at least the territory is well maintained, there are many benches, squirrel trees like in paradise. An excellent swimming pool that can be used around the clock. And it's great that the reception has a huge selection of excursions that will brighten up your vacation to the fullest. Thanks a lot to all the staff. Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, the area is a fairy tale. The hotel has a beach for its guests...but the disadvantage is that the beaches in Abkhazia are public, and those who want to relax freely use the hotel's sun loungers. Maybe it's better to put up an ad not about a fine, but about paid sun beds? I doubt they will want to use it for money. Again, the profit to the hotel))). The food, of course, leaves much to be desired, we were not hungry, there are no complaints, but this year it is somehow very economical, every year the food gets worse and worse (((. The first vacation in Abkhazia. We chose the Dolphin Hotel near Pitsunda, in the village of Ldzaa, based on recommendations. The hotel is simply magnificent. A variety of meals according to the buffet system. The rooms are new, spacious, towels are changed every day, sun beds are free, your own beach. Price is quality. There is an indoor heated pool, fitness equipment, massage. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, birds sing like in paradise. There are many pines, magnolias, beautiful, flowering and smelling shrubs. In general, I recommend this hotel. And the sea in Ldzaa is considered the cleanest in Abkhazia.

The rating is rather 4.5. We lived from September 12 to 19, 2024 in a 2-room suite on the 1st floor, a balcony and all windows to the garden, an ideal room, we were lucky with this. The sea is transparent, clean, but the entrance is inconvenient because of the pebbles, there are pebbles in the water too, the legs get stuck, the depth is immediately 2-3 meters from the shore. Sun beds, awnings, beach towels, there were enough places. The food is, let's say, normal, like in a pretty decent Soviet canteen, that you can always find something to eat, but with food there is room to grow, this is for sure. Beautiful (small) territory, well-groomed, excellent staff, very clean, very quiet, I really liked the massage (paid 2 thousand / 30 minutes). For me personally, the disadvantage was that instead of blankets (they are not given)it is necessary to sleep under a terry sheet, as it is called. In fact, this is a rather thin large terry towel, in mid-September it was already cold to sleep under it, I had to close all the windows and sleep in the stuffiness, although I really wanted to sleep at least with the windows open and breathe the wonderful healthy air, which is really wonderful there.

The territory is small, with access to the sea, Parking for personal transport. The staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day with a change of towels. Reception:
Polite and responsive girls are sitting at the reception, they will answer any questions and solve the problem if such a problem arises.
Kitchen.
The food is very tasty and fresh. Two types of side dishes, two types of soup / porridge, vegetables, salads, the whole family appreciated!) The waiters quickly take away the dirty dishes and keep the area clean. Dinner until 19:30 would be great to extend at least until 20:00.
Number. There were minor flaws in the room, but not at all critical, cleaning was carried out daily.
Sea. The beach is equipped with sun beds, the descent into the sea is a little disappointing, it will be hard without slippers. And we were unlucky with the weather, it was cloudy all day, then the waves were strong, then the garbage sailed. There were small jellyfish. There is a lack of a toilet on the beach or a changing room, girls and mothers with children would be much more comfortable)
Rotovirus has not bypassed us yet, so be careful!But this is apparently the case all over the Black Sea…
Animals: there are two dogs running around on the territory, they are very friendly and chipped, but it's a pity to look at their thinness, if suddenly they are guests of the territory, it would be nicer to see them well-fed and happy!) he can organize bowls and booths and treat fleas, I think many hotel guests would be happy to leave donates for tails at parting!)
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, we thank the hotel for its hospitality and would like to return again!

The hotel is beautiful, the area is fabulous. There is a parking lot, a tennis court, a playground, sun beds under a canopy on the beach, guest houses for richer people. There is one drawback – a mountain river flows nearby and when the current turns away from it towards the beach, the water becomes cool. And last year, after a heavy downpour, there was a lot of clay in the water all night. But, fortunately, it was already possible to swim in the evening. And the next day everything was clean again.

July-August 2024 On the first day upon arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed with the reception. We ordered separate beds and the first floor. Booked in February. And for us at once: the second floor and a double bed. There is a sharp response to all requests; nothing can be done, we have only 5 rooms with separate beds (this is for more than 40 rooms). I barely persuaded the first floor with tears (sore legs), but with one bed. And as it turned out, we were not alone in our problem. Interestingly, with small children in a stroller, they are given the second floor, and a young married couple on the first floor with separate beds. Where is the logic? The dining room is clean and quiet, but except for apples and sliced bananas, there was a watermelon twice and that's it!.. There is a minimum of variety, everywhere there is solid mayonnaise. Lots of pastries for lunch and dinner. There is no water in the hotel."Drink from the tap or buy at the store." One of the advantages is a small but well-maintained park. The beach is 2 steps away with canopies and sun beds, which is enough for everyone. The beach is clean, the sea is also clean and transparent. The room cleaning is good, thanks to the maid Svetlana, she always managed to arrive from the beach. There is always hot water. We will not come here anymore, attention to the guests is minimal. For the first time in many years of coming to Abkhazia, we have encountered such indifference. Although the location of the hotel is very good, let's go back to our last year's hotel (we wanted to see a new one). Change the furniture or change the booking!

We stayed at the hotel from 08/07/24 to 08/14/24, everything is fine, I liked everything. We packed in a hurry and forgot 2 T-shirts, 2 shorts and jeans in the closet in the room. We called the hotel, asked if it was possible to send it by mail at our expense or with vacationers to Moscow, but they said they were not sending anything, come and pick it up yourself. How we wanted to go to this boarding house. We booked a room in February. First for 11 days and then for another 12. The floor really wasn't wiped in the rooms, and even the toilet wasn't washed, there is mold on the tile in the showers, the linen is clean, but they save on shifts))
And separately about the food, yes, a buffet, but there is no coffee machine, I was just struck by the lack of coffee, or rather it was, but instant))
There were pastries, and fresh, but very monotonous, buns made of pastry of different shapes, this is not an assortment))
The food is very cheap and very much resembles a budget dining room, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure, in a word, food and room service for four stars do not pull at all))
We talked with different vacationers, everyone agrees, they go only for the sake of the sea, it's really great there!

An amazing place! We lived in one of the cottages for the New Year holidays. Affordable prices and high quality! There is also a swimming pool with a sauna, exercise equipment, and a separate sauna. An area with a park, gazebos and a barbecue. We enjoyed playing volleyball and lawn tennis!

We were in 2019. The hotel is located in the village, the city can be reached in 30-40 minutes, but the road is so-so. There is a pine grove and a city beach nearby. Nice clean and well-maintained area. Access to a private beach, sun beds, umbrellas, the beach is quite clean. The staff drives those who come in from the side from the sun beds. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. The room stock is tired)) The food in the dining room is terrible. You can only have breakfast more or less, lunch and dinner are cheap canteen! It's just a wonderful place! A small but very beautiful area - pines, eucalyptus, magnolia, palm trees. We took a two-room suite for two adults and two children - a wonderful room!
The food is excellent - a very varied buffet, interesting local dishes, the menu changes every day. Everything is very fresh and delicious. The four of us just fell in love with baking)
Oh-very friendly staff, ready to help with any problem. We took a taxi to the pier in New Athos to go - so after lunch, the girl from the reception called the driver to find out why we were still not there, if everything was okay. Maids, restaurant staff - do everything quickly, neatly, with a smile.
The beach is medium-pebbly, entering the water, if barefoot, is very difficult. But we immediately bought rubber slippers for adults 5 minutes from the hotel, they walk in them half a dozen times. And immediately the problem disappeared. And the children ran around like that, they said, normal)
The beach is open to everyone, but there are not many people - we were between two urban beaches, which attracted people to themselves.
There are shade canopies and sun beds on the beach from the hotel. They can be occupied by strangers, but periodically an employee walks and drives, and his own bracelets. There were no problems with places.
The sea is clear. In two weeks, something happened one day, and there was an invasion of small jellyfish. But the next day they disappeared.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time, so we encountered a typical enterovirus for her - everything is in the chain) unpleasant, but for 1-2 days in total, however, we prepared and brought a package of medicines. But if anything, there is a pharmacy, 10 minutes on foot. They say it happens only the first time, immunity is lifelong. We will definitely check it out) we really liked it there!

We lived in a 2-bed suite on 26.05-2.06.2023, just returned.The place is great - pine trees, birds, views, clear sea, mild climate, the hotel is clean, well-groomed and tidy. The number for 5+ is clear. Luxury decoration, sea view,large balcony, etc. Change of towels daily, slippers, bathrobes. But they do not wash the floor, they must be washed daily to keep the room fresh. And the maid did not replace the sheet with an obvious stain, if the stains, the linen should be changed immediately, especially the snow-white one like here. The pool is normal, but the sauna is not included, it is cold, the toilet does not work, there is no gym, they came to practice, there is only a table for small tennis, although they advertise a gym. We ordered a sauna, heated it well, but there is no hot water in the shower and you can not wash. The food is poor, over-dried chicken, sausages, pasta, potatoes, student canteen. It does not correspond to the hotel at all, as well as the beach - it is not equipped, there is no toilet, changing rooms, entrance to the sea. Large heavy pebbles are not an option for children. Further along the shore there are free wild beaches, small pebbles and sand, much better than this paid one. And in front of the hotel there is a budget dining room where the food is better. There is no buffet, there are many shortcomings, the 4* hotel does not work out, we will look for other options for suites along the coast

The price-quality of this hotel absolutely does not match, even 3 stars does not pull. Three of the family got sick with rotavirus, and it's scary, with a temperature under 39, you can forget about doctors, there is devastation everywhere, the nearest normal pharmacy is 20 km away and it doesn't work all day! Now for the hotel: the buffet is one name, the food is terrible, monotonous, if the dish is not finished, then it will be redone for dinner, and it is better not to drink water and wine there at all, since tap water, and wine is diluted with the same water! No normal food, it's just terrible for that kind of money: sausage cheese, disgusting sausages, spoiled salads, is this the norm for 4 stars?

Rested in early October 2023. The hotel, according to reviews:and vacationers here earlier, was much better in everything The price today does not correspond to the services provided. The food is monotonous, there is no fish, beef on the menu; mainly chicken and pork. )))) Most of all, I was not satisfied with the fact that they placed us (2 women) in a room with one double bed, although they asked for 2 separate ones. There is no entertainment. There are, of course, advantages, namely:1) the sea is clean, there are few people, sun beds are free); 2) the hotel territory is well-groomed, with a beautiful park of coniferous trees; 3) daily cleaning and linen change are carried out in the rooms (thanks to the maid Lily!); 4) I would also like to mention the waitress girls, friendly and diligent. Conclusion: despite the positive moments of rest, , , there is no desire to return here again (if nothing changes).

We checked in for two days by online booking .Upon arrival at the room, it was dirty, there was small debris on the floor, and the room was cleaned at our request.But then it gets worse, the mirrors are all dirty, the door handles are broken, the TVs work every other time.The beds creak, we couldn't sleep there and decided to move out, we didn't get the money back for it, and the room costs from 16,500 a day.There is no parking in the hotels, only paid parking.There is no pool either .I don't recommend this horror to anyone.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, clean, change of towels every day, linen is changed every 3 days, in the room, bathrobes, slippers, refrigerator. The food is decent (if you are not picky), coffee is, however, instant (there is no coffee machine), but they brew coffee for a fee according to the Oriental. Among the disadvantages: if you arrive later than the end of dinner, you will not be fed, and if you leave early for excursions, lunch boxes are also not provided. There are also no coolers with water (you need to buy bottled water). The territory is small, but very cozy, the beach is clean, equipped with sun beds and canopies. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to Pitsunda by minibus. From entertainment - nothing (maybe they were out of season). Prices are mainly Moscow, payment in cash or by transfer. In general, the hotel is not bad, the place is too (if you go for a relaxing holiday). We had a rest in the second half of September 2022

We liked everything. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, cleaning and changing towels every day. Well-maintained territory. The beach bar. An indoor swimming pool where you can swim (there is no paddling pool, the pool is deep). The food, if you are not picky, is quite good. Delicious pastries. Wifi at an acceptable speed.
One of the obvious disadvantages is a small dryer on the balcony and a bathroom in the room with one dim
light bulb in the middle of the ceiling. I had to shave almost by touch.
The place is quite quiet. For a relaxing beach holiday. It takes about an hour to drive from the border (private transfer).
The price is quite consistent with the quality.

We were on the May holidays of 2022. The transfer from the airport is 3000rubles, it is very expensive. We were lucky that my friend Arthur gave us a brotherly ride.
The rooms are standard without frills, but everything you need is available. Nice view from the balcony to the mountains and the sea. Three meals a day: everything is simple, but delicious. Dry wine for dinner, as much as you want. The price includes an indoor heated pool. There are 6 volleyball courts two kilometers from the Marble Castle. Pitsunda is a 20-minute walk away. We were a little unlucky with the weather. We had a great time playing backgammon and at the grill bar on the beach.

The beach is not well maintained.
There are a lot of dolphins near the shore, it's interesting to watch them.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
It's pointless to talk about nature, there are no words to choose, it's very beautiful.
The only thing is that the general devastation in Abkhazia is depressing. It's time to put things in order, to repair everything.

Excellent location by the sea, front page. The most beautiful well-groomed and protected area. Wi-Fi catches even on the beach. The staff is as friendly as possible. The stated "all inclusive" is symbolic: coffee is brewed for money, alcohol is served only at lunch, the rest is for payment. If you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect as a recommendation.

Great hotel, stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style. They cook very tasty, everything that I ate, I wanted to eat it again in the second round :). A large area, right next to the sea, you leave the territory and get to the beach, and you lie in the room and hear the sea roiling. High? High! Although I am from Adler, and still the sea excites me :). The staff is polite and helpful, although they didn't call me when they celebrated the closing of the season :))) I'm kidding. We have been vacationing since October 30 (we are my wife and two children), the choice fell because of the indoor heated pool, and I did not miss it. There is a gym on the second floor. They gave it away very well, I didn't regret the choice a bit. And yes, perhaps there was one disadvantage: it was an uncomfortable cot, it was not comfortable to lie on it, and that was it. Wi-Fi catches everywhere in the room and on the territory, the Internet is quite fast. I recommend the Dolphin Hotel.

The hotel is super, within walking distance from the sea through a coniferous park, the food is good, at home.
