There is a massage room, but there are no massage therapists)))
But the sushi bar "Capybara", located inside the "Dolphin", is at a height.. It's delicious, and there are almost always places. Attentive and courteous staff.
I took a subscription for 8 visits. The price is 32 rubles. Overall, the quality is much higher than the price.

The gym is enough for me. I do not visit the pool. I would like to note that the simulators are already very worn, but it does not affect the training mood in any way. Sometimes the music is such that not everyone likes it, it's closer to a quibble.
