I have used the car wash services for many years already 30 times (I live nearby). In the presence, cars are washed quickly and, as a rule, not for quality, but according to a regulated time. But if the car is washed often, or the master knows you by sight, then it will do. If you leave a tip, then there is also a chance of a good result.
Check-in at the car wash is not very convenient and in fact three cars are serviced in the double garage. Therefore, I do not agree to a third place from which I cannot leave while another car is being washed. Incidents occur during check-in and check-out of the garage, as there is little space, visibility is poor and the check-in itself is on a fairly steep slope.
They offer to sign up for night jobs (dry cleaning, polishing), but I do not advise you to agree to them. It is not the car wash workers themselves who do the night work, but third-party workers, sometimes just those who provide ad services. We already have experience in this. After working at night in two places on the doors, the paint was rubbed in circles almost to the ground, which is clearly visible in daylight, as well as stains on the seats.
To pay for the work, they offer to climb a very steep staircase to the second floor. You don't seem to fall off, but you don't feel normal. In general, it is not clear why this is organized, because for all the time I have never been given either a check or a card payment was not accepted.
As for discounts, it feels like I'm constantly doing the discount myself, turning a blind eye to the result.
To summarize. You can wash the car if it is either not very dirty, or if there are traces of birds that need to be washed off faster. I prefer to wash and clean the car not in the Dolphin.

Today we served at the car wash: the salon complex and carpet cleaning-53 rubles... The ashtrays were left with garbage, all the openings were dirty, the trunk was not even opened... although I opened it on purpose (If the trunk costs some money, learn how to offer it!!!! I do not recommend it!
