But today, when the entire Dostyk is closed due to the arrival of the President (there will definitely be a restriction of guests for the next 2 hours due to the cordon), and there are only 5 tables in the restaurant, I was refused a place because I am alone! In shock. I've never been insulted like this before. The person who constantly recommended you, brought friends, treated the staff with respect, was simply rejected when asked how many guests were planned, I replied that I would be alone. Perhaps this is due to the change of staff, who does not know regular customers, but this does not change the essence of the incident. I ask you to have a serious conversation with the administrator, who does not even manage the service situation. You have seriously fallen in my estimation. I'll pick up the bonuses at another restaurant and I want to forget about your "service"!!! P.S. the story of how to lose a loyal customer by having a good kitchen, place, and setting, simply by hiring an unprofessional service.
