It's a bad restaurant with strange cuisine and the staff is not very polite and efficient. After the first visit many years ago, I categorically avoid it. But it so happened that it was the second time, the service was better, but the kitchen was so-so. In my opinion, it is better in other districts and in Astana it is normal.

Our favorite Del papa from the whole branch. Only portions are still preserved here, they can make something from the old menu, they are very warmly welcomed, good service. The rest of the Del Popes are far behind

A great Italian restaurant! A whole network around the city. I always recommend it to my Italian friends who come regularly and they enjoy eating there.
I was personally impressed by their signature pasta Caccia cavallo. Very tasty pasta. The peculiarity is that they bring the pasta inside the head of a real pumpkin and put it on a plate with you.

Great. If you need to sit culturally and eat in a balanced way. You can choose a good wine. There is lamb meat on the menu, my favorite. The pizza is good. I can't say anything about pasta because I'm not an amateur. Of course it's expensive, but many dishes are worth it.

It's a good place.
The food is delicious and fresh.
The price for the restaurant is standard, and quite affordable.
One of the few places where children are treated with respect. There is always a drawing kit, coloring books and pencils.
Comfortable seating. The staff is polite and helpful.
The music is pleasant and stylish. We listened to a French song from the 60s for the last time.
The standard waiting time is 15-20 minutes, depending on the dish.
In general, the drinks are good, but I once came across a slightly sugary berry tea.

The place is great. I often drink a cup of cappuccino in the morning. I dropped in for dessert once. Once again we sat as a family. The place is worthwhile. The menu is extensive, delicious, the waiters are very polite and responsive, they help with both the dish and the choice of wine for it. I recommend it!

It has completely deteriorated. It used to be great, but now there are 6 (!) waiters and
45-50 minutes of waiting at 40% boarding. Cold lasagna. Burger for children is longer than pasta, lasagna.. how?
The plates are dirty for 15 minutes, and 6 waiters are standing..
How did you manage to make such an institution with delicious food and an interesting menu such a disappointment. The amazing inattention to the essence of the restaurant is to make the guest happy. Or at least feed them.
It's very sad, minus one place for breakfast and dinner.

I didn't like the kitchen very much. Ordered:
- pasta bolognese, but they managed to spoil it too, it was tasteless
- minestrone wasn't very good either
- fettuccine is so-so, the creamy sauce was not the same
- fries and a burger for a child, except that I was pleased, the fries are delicious, in fresh butter, the burger is juicy..
As a result, 3 adult dishes were not delicious, the child's standards.
The order was carried for a long time. They simply could not bring water and this was during the oraza. I had to complain to the admin.

The wine selection is good, the pricing policy is overstated among similar cafes. The atmosphere is cozy, Italian music and atmosphere are conducive, my family and I go to them periodically. A normal pizzeria is no worse than others, except that it loses out on prices to competitors, to whom it eventually left. But it's understandable - they position themselves as a restaurant, and therefore more expensive than small cafes.
