Hair in food. I would understand it if the staff was proactive and professional about it. They didn’t even apologize. The manager approached our table only upon my request and said nothing valuable.

Хамское отношение к посетителям! Кухня ничего особенного.
The personnel is sooo rude and the cuisine is basic.

They didn’t have most of beef dishes.
Once they misprinted the bill and had to wait for some time to get refunded .
Desserts are really good.
