From the first day of the opening of this branch, the quality of service is very poor here. Each employee is on his own, no one controls the quality of the waiters' work. A couple of days ago, my friend and I went to an iftar, and I asked the first waiter I saw if there were any empty seats on the 2nd floor, to which he replied: "Get up and take a look!" It was rude. After making a remark to the senior in the hall, we immediately had a table set up next to the bathroom. The receptionist came and apologized for the waiter's rude response and said that 2 Turkish teas would be on the house's bill. OK. It's fine. But in the end, the cashier included these 2 cups of Turkish tea in the bill. OK, and they turned a blind eye to it. But even when visiting this institution, water was flowing from the roof on the second floor, no one even deigned to remove the puddle on both the table and the floor. According to the menu, this is a separate topic. Dishes are prepared based on mass, not on quality. Thus, eating cooked food is not entirely pleasant. There is no taste, it is overcooked and not salted. I think if this institution continues to work in this way towards customers, then people will simply stop going to them. I ask you to take measures and have a conversation with the staff on the topic of "Customer Orientation". And most importantly, train the chefs to prepare at least the main dishes of Turkish cuisine. Peace and kindness to all.
