I was in the store yesterday (03.01.2025 at ~20-21 pm)
Faced with a terrible attitude from the seller.
To begin with, she didn't even say hello or goodbye. While I was standing at the checkout, I caught strange unpleasant glances from her, I didn't put the thing in the bag as neatly as possible. When she gave me the package and saw that I was standing and waiting for the change (the change was less than 10 kopecks), she looked at me as if I was begging for these pennies on her street. This is a very unpleasant situation, and I hope they will have a conversation, because if this happens again, I will already write to the book of complaints and suggestions.
Well, there are 2 more disadvantages not related to the topic.
1) Paid package
2) Almost all the fitting room is broken
This is the horror of visiting your De Facto!
Adjust your alarm entry and exit sensors, which even beep on the magnetic cards in your bag. The poor guard is running after customers. The ambassadors of the store are good that they are not undressing yet, they are checking all pockets and bags, there is no such nightmare, the mood is ruined for the whole day
After Penza, the store is great, I bought a sports jacket for 150 rubles, I drive in it for skiing, the flight is normal. The usual Turkish de facto, even with Turkish price tags. All the same, only + extra charge
The store is good, the so-called mass market! The prices are affordable, there are not many queues in the fitting rooms. The staff is smiling, which is very pleasant on a gloomy day)
And Hello again, Stylish is not boring.Nice patterns and colors.Everything is on Trend and not boring.Pleasant professional service.Good luck and great sales.
Very often I put clothes in defacto!! The quality is very good, the store has a pleasant atmosphere!! There are a lot of branded items. Anyway, I recommend a wonderful store to everyone
A great store with a mass market, but one big thing is queues in the fitting room. 40 minutes in the stuffy on a day off. And I was standing in the men's room, in the women's room, to die with a hanger in my hands.
