I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Thailand. I really liked this hotel. Very good staff, they communicate so pleasantly that I didn't want to leave. They are always ready to help, they say hello every time and wish you a good day/evening. No matter what you ask, they will always give and help. It's just that the service is excellent. It's also very cool that they have their own green island among the stone jungle. And it's very cool. The pool is very cozy and comfortable.
The breakfasts are the same, almost every day is the same, but there are always fruits and vegetables. Therefore, although it was monotonous, I always left well-fed.
Well, the only thing that confused me was the room cleaning. For 11 nights, the bed linen was never changed and the room itself was cleaned for 3*. And the air conditioner is inconveniently installed, it blows directly on the bed, the first days I had to sleep in stuffy conditions.
And so they always brought water, by the way, they are for eco-initiative, so you need to leave the glass bottles and they will take them away for recycling. Well done. The refrigerator was working, but it wasn't cooling much. The room has: bathrobes, beach bags, dry wipes, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. All of this is of good quality, I don't see the point in dragging my own from home, a safe, a closet (but a small number of hangers).
The reception staff is so cool that I just missed these shortcomings. In general, I was very satisfied, I advise you.
And once again, many thanks to the reception staff, especially the girl with braces. She's just a sweetheart, smiling and the most good-natured. 🙌🙌🙌 It's a pity that we couldn't say goodbye to her, as she wasn't working at the time of departure. 🙄

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly, the interior is very beautiful and stylish. The breakfast is delicious, there is a swimming pool. We chose according to the visual, but did not take into account that it is a 45-minute walk from the port)

The hotel has the best atmosphere, although it is small. The combination of white and blue color gives the hotel a cool appearance, the rooms are decorated in an unusual way. As a gift, you are given a beach bag and a thermocup for the duration of your stay, which you give back at the end of your vacation. But I have not yet seen this in small hotels. This concern is touching. You feel at home. The location is not far from the bay, as well as from the main streets of Pattaya, 15-20 minutes walk away, but there is no fuss. Silence....calmness.
The pool is excellent, with salt water. Deck chairs make you relax and unwind))
