Close to Bostanci metro station, 5 minutes on foot. Cons: hard pillows, 4 nights spent in hotels, bed linen was not changed (usually changed every 2 days), there is underground parking, but it is paid, even for guests. You can come back again.

In principle, the norm is a guest for his stardom. The only thing that upsets is the lack of some interior elements and drop-down drawers in the rooms. There is a nice prayer room on the 1st floor and a mosque 10 minutes walk away. Delicious breakfasts, I recommend taking them. No one speaks Russian, except for one Uzbek student on a part-time job, and they speak little English. There is a bad restaurant on the roof. Tasteless, expensive and not very good service, qr menu with 4-5 photos of dishes that are impossible to recognize when they are brought. But it's worth taking tea for the gorgeous view of the Bosphorus from this roof.
