I have been a customer of the store for many years. I make purchases regularly in all Dekobai stores. There have never been any problems over the years. Always polite, accurate, responsible staff. But today I can't help but write a review, because I'm extremely outraged. I bought a terry cloth on May 5. As always, trusting the seller, she asked to measure the fabric and, in order not to "stand over her soul," went to look at other goods. Imagine my surprise when I unwrapped the fabric at home today. She was covered in huge spots. The seller didn't even warn about it. Probably deciding that this is the way to deal with customers. I'm just in shock. I would like to wish this lady that she was treated the same way and she no longer treated people and her work like that. And for your favorite store, carefully select the staff so as not to spoil the reputation.

I really like the quality of the wedding satin you have, suits. And the interior jacquard is just right in the heart.
I can tell from the staff that I like everything. You can walk around, take a look (especially when you don't know what you need :)) and no one will bother you. This is a huge plus for me. Once asked, the consultant identified himself, and that's it

I have not yet seen shops in Minsk with the same wide range of fabrics as here. Here, in the truest sense of the word, you can forget why you came. I have already bought fabrics here many times and the quality of the material has never let me down. I would also like to mention the work of consultants, it's nice to see that people really understand what they are selling, and not just trying to get something in.

We were in this store today. We came in with a good mood (we were preparing for a bachelorette party) and asked for help with choosing fabric for costumes. Everyone was clearly told, and we were just shown the department with fabrics. One of the sellers did not want to consult, but just walked around with a dissatisfied face. It seems that the prices are good and the fabrics, but not the staff.
In the end, we listened to several "clicks" and received rolls of fabric stuffed into a bag.
We won't come again :)

A great warehouse store. Prices are much nicer than in small retail. There are no intrusive consultants, they will help only if you ask them yourself, which is a very big plus for me. There is Parking, but during the day there is often tension, sometimes you have to wait until the place is free, in the evening everything is OK. I recommend it, in general.

but!!! Tnani are in 2 stores in a different assortment. You come to one store and look for a parking spot for an hour, and then you need to go to another for the rest of the fabrics and look for a parking spot there for an hour too! Sellers are of course different... once I was advising a really cool girl, she was well versed in the product, and the other times somehow the consultants didn't really have the desire to even approach people. To sum up, if ALL the fabrics were in one place, it would be much more convenient.
Oh yes, also about the online store! Of the 5 items that I added to the cart, only one was available((((

When asked where to look at the right fabric, she waved her hand like she showed the way))) And I spent 20 minutes hanging around the stylages, the second seller stood at the other end and just looked at my actions))) Like I didn't bother😁 I'll take this as my opinion and my opinion only. There are no answers to my questions about the fabric. On Krasnaya Street and in Stalitsa, everything was replaced. The best seller on Red is my opinion. It's bad that each store has a different assortment and I had to visit all three points so far. And so for something the prices are more expensive, for something on the contrary. The assortment of the footer pleased me. Well, that's how the acquaintance with this store went😉
