We were in November, we lived for a week.
The room is comfortable and Ararat is visible in good weather. There is everything you need, refrigerator , heating, shower, TV. Room cleaning on request.
We liked everything very much.
The owner is friendly, he will help everyone, tell them, meet them, take them to the airport.
There is a shop and a bus stop nearby.
It's not very far from the center, but in the evening at 17-19 there are big traffic jams, it's better to get to the hotel at 20-21 hours.
We recommend staying at this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with hospitable hosts!
Clean rooms with a view of Mount Ararat, very tasty breakfasts! There is parking in the courtyard. It's not the first time we've stopped here.

A very cozy hotel! Clean, comfortable, the hotel grounds are beautiful and the view from the garden to the night Yerevan. From the window of our room, Ararat is in the palm of your hand!
