I liked it, although by the road, you can close the windows tightly, opposite two huge houses,interestingly located,there is Aznavour Park nearby, there is also an Aznavour cafe-restaurant, the staff is polite, everyone tries to speak Russian, which is very nice!it's a pity there was no swimsuit, there was enough time to sleep, 15-20 minutes from the airport without traffic jams, but this is only on Sunday.I paid for a taxi, 1700 drams for Armenian money, in my opinion it is inexpensive.

A good swimming pool, once a year they close for a month for complete cleaning, the water is chlorinated, clean. The locker room is clean, the child can be watched through the glass. We are studying with a beautiful female coach Arus, speaks Russian and Armenian. My daughter quickly learned to swim on her own, although they started from scratch.

The windows in the room overlook the road, it is very noisy, the car wash is working, cleaning for 2, if I did not come into the room for several days, I asked to pick up the garbage, in my absence only the garbage was cleaned, the floors were not vacuumed, the towel was changed for the 8th day, on the day of my departure.

I have a mixed feeling. The receptionists were nice and polite, but they did not meet us from the airport. For some reason, there was an incorrect phone number on the site. I wrote a message that I would come, but they didn't meet me.
They provided a room larger than I had booked, for the same price. Probably as a sign of apology.
The room overlooked the road and there was a car wash nearby. Noisily.
The room is cozy and well equipped. The cleaning was done poorly, they did not vacuum or wash the bathroom. Maid job for 2! I didn't swear.
The administrators found me an individual tour, thank you! Like it.
Another disadvantage: residents have to go to the pool from 8 to 10 in the morning, it's not convenient for me. Then half the city goes there! I was squeamish and didn't go.
It is clear that the hotel survives at the expense of visitors to the pool, but do not forget about the guests. It would be good to allow a visit in the evening.
Pros: there is a paid breakfast (I did not go). There is a coffee machine, a fridge with water in the lobby. In the rooms there is a mini-bar with water, juice, cognac (payment separately). Near the hotel there are public transport stops, shops, pizzeria, cafe, hairdresser. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. A big minus is cleaning. For more than a week, the maid has never dusted or cleaned the floor. Linen and towels, of course, were not changed either. Garbage was not taken out every day, and often only after a reminder. There are a lot of urban ones in the pool. It is quite difficult to swim.
