The conditions are not bad, we took a room with air conditioning. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator on the floor, you can make tea or coffee, sit at a table and have a quiet breakfast. But the bathroom doesn't even have a shower stall, just a drain in the floor and a long-handled brush in the corner. The water from the shower tries to spill all over the bathroom floor and I had to put a towel on the floor, and then use a brush to drain the water).

I booked a 3-star hotel through BOOKING in the description. Upon the fact of the condition:
- I booked a room with a 2-bedroom bed, upon arrival they did not want to move into such a room, I believe such rooms are rented for other purposes;
-The linen has a gray tint, towels are scary to take in hand;
- There is no drinking water on the floor and no conditions to warm tea;
- I asked the administrator for a knife to cut the stretch film from the suitcase, so the administrator gave me a dirty knife, photo attached;
- All evening and until 5 am, there is constant activity outside the door, silence only in the morning at 8;
- I left at 10-00 in the morning, so I called the administrator 3 times on the phone, sleeping a heroic sleep;
- The bathroom is generally very interesting - a sink, a toilet, a watering can, a drain in the floor and a mop to collect water. That is, the shower is not fenced in any way, literally you wash with one hand, and with the other you actively drive water into the drain so that a towel and slippers do not float away;
- You need to throw out the garbage from the room yourself.
This is not a hotel, this is some kind of hangout with night activity in the corridors.
For this price, you can rent an apartment and live in normal conditions.

I arrived in advance before check-in, I was told to wait. I think I'll look around for now. There is no elevator, you need to walk to the 4th floor with a bag. At least that's what the "administrator" said. It is located in a business center building on the outskirts of the city. The corridor is cold, there is a vague feeling and the smell of smoking. There is no detergent, sponge and other household appliances in the kitchen. The toilet is dirty and smoky. Frankly, this is a homeless person. If you even slightly prefer cleanliness and comfort, do not even consider this place. After 30 minutes of familiarization inspection of the common areas, I realized that I needed to look for another place. At the exit, the administrator didn't even ask where I was going.

The first impression is just great! Everything is clean and beautiful, like a modern luxury room in a European hotel. But! It is impossible to sleep there: a mattress with springs digging into the sides, a cold thin blanket (I asked for another one at the reception - they did not give it), poor sound insulation (neighbors' TV is heard), constant loud conversations in the hallway - the entrance door seems to be missing at all, everything is heard through it! In general, this is the only hotel in which I could hardly sleep.

The maids probably tried to disguise it, but you did it very badly. The room is cool. There is a water drain in the bathroom, which is good, of course, but why is it in your mold? It's disgusting, it's disgusting to even pick it up. You write that there is no smoking in the rooms, at the same time they smoke on your floor and you give smoky towels to the guests. It is impossible to wipe your hair and body with them, then you need to wash off the smell of cigarettes in another hotel. There is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors breathing behind the wall. Paying even 1,500 rubles per day for this is already too much. The red price is 1000 per day and then on market day. This level of disrespect for the guests should be looked for. And after reading how they respond to reviews in 2gis, it's not surprising in principle. They didn't give a damn about the guests at all.

A disgusting hotel, for the first time in my life I decided to leave a negative review. Very bad staff, not friendly. The room is terrible. The bathroom smells like a public toilet. The water from the shower flows directly onto the floor, after which everything is damp in the bathroom for many hours. The towels are all dried up and yellow, like in a homeless shelter. Cigarette butts are lying on the windowsill. A very terrible bed, the mattress on it is springy, all sagged. There are not even glasses in the room, there is no refrigerator. The socket by the bed is broken, and wires are sticking out of it. The front door is cardboard, the cheapest, any footsteps can be heard through it and everything that is even said outside the door. During the 14 days of my stay in this dump, no one even once considered it necessary to clean up, although I asked at the reception, and they guaranteed the cleaning (deceived). In the first half of the day, I took away a bag of clothes to wash, paid the money, in the evening they returned it and said that the laundry was not working, without even apologizing! The worst thing is the location of the hotel, constant traffic jams, food delivery is delayed for two to three hours, and sometimes they refuse to take food at all, the same is the case with taxis. In short, it's not a hotel, but it sucks! I am very disappointed that I did not read the reviews of real people before I moved in.
