A nice condo with a large pool, does not smell of chlorine, unlike the condos that looked nearby. There is a cleaning service .payment of 500 baht, if necessary. We need our own iron, we didn't have it in the room.
There is a bucket with a mop, a very cool Samsung washing machine, a kettle is connected to the phone, an LG TV, a TOSHIBA microwave.

We lived in this condo for two weeks in 2019, in February. Great condo! It is located far from the beaches, but for those who came to spend the winter, it is a very good option! There is a large Tesco nearby, a market, and a lot of interesting things. Rented transport is a must, because taxis are expensive, and public transport is not very well developed. However, the locals know better - maybe there is logistics. We had a car, so there were no problems with movement. All in all, a wonderful condo! The apartment is clean and well renovated. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. The price-quality ratio is just perfect! And the pool is just a fairy tale! I recommend it!

The condo is good: stylish architecture, large clean swimming pool, nimble elevator, spacious parking, but it is far from beaches and public transport. You can walk to the market and to the mall, but wandering through the Thai heat in the city is not much fun. So tourists need to take a car or get ready to pay for a taxi every time they leave home.

The condo is located in the center of Phuket, ideal for lovers of a fairly secluded life. The nearest beach is 20 minutes away by car-bike. The gym and the largest swimming pool are always with you.

Very comfortable and not expensive apartments, for a 1k apartment in February-March 2019 they paid 10000b / month, a pool with jets, a gym on the second floor overlooking the pool is open until 21:00, opens with a key to the Apartment and elevator, and our building had a laundry room on the 2nd floor, 4 cars, they are quite It was enough, everyone was never busy.

High, there is Parking, there is a washing machine in the apartment, there is a swimming pool. However, the pool has never been cleaned at all, for 9 months the water has never been cleaned, they just caught the leaves with a net and that's it.
