A great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and the heat. A quiet and secluded place, clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Nice, clean beach. There are subs. Next time we will definitely try diving. We were particularly pleased with the evening shows of Miyazaki cartoons.

Positive: beautiful view, beach, territory, pancakes and trout in lavash, Armenian coffee
Cons: the menu is large, but 90% of it is not available, and what is fresh is not of high quality and does not match its price
The room was a little dirty at check-in, the panoramic window too, although the view is beautiful,
mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable, there was a constant "squeal" in the bathroom when someone in the neighboring rooms used water (even at night, which was scary))
In general, the feeling that the hotel is on the principle of "it will do anyway"

The suite room smells terrible of sewage. Dirty windows, you won't normally look at the beautiful sky at night.
The food is terrible, half is out of stock.
They position themselves as a dog friendly, but selectively ask to tie up the dogs or put them in the room. I don't recommend it at all. The service is not exactly at zero, it is in the red.
