I recently visited this bank and was dissatisfied with the terms of service. Firstly, the air conditioners are not working well in the room – the air is stale, there is an unpleasant smell, ventilation is clearly not coping. Secondly, there is no electronic queue, which is why people are constantly confused, there are disputes and unnecessary fuss. At least they put an employee who would direct clients and keep order. I would like the management to pay attention to these points and improve the service.
