The location of the establishment is good, the service is fast, the paths look well maintained. The only time there was a malfunction in the track, but it was quickly fixed. Delicious beer appetizer, beer and cocktail prices are standard! The cocktails are not bad (but I'm not an expert either). I will definitely come back! It's comfortable to play four people on the track, more players will probably make the game less exciting! 2 hours of time is quite enough! I recommend it!

We were with the children on 09/28/2024. The bowling equipment is excellent, the shoes are also in excellent condition, the girl at the reception is just great, but there are a couple of disadvantages, the person responsible for the hall itself probably does not know what a polite attitude to customers is, arrogant tone and neglect are completely repulsive. It's like he's doing all the visitors a huge favor and it seems like he's paying us to enter. If I were the management, I would think twice before hiring such staff. Well, it's a little expensive, but that's who cares.

A great place to meet friends, have a pleasant and active holiday with your family. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and had a great time, both teenagers and adults. Delicious food, affordable prices and excellent service. Modern interior, lots of photo zones. We enjoyed the game immensely. A pleasant bonus of all this is a 20% discount on reserved tracks, on a birthday (if you have a document).

Only a good repair leaves a positive impression, the staff is generally polite, except for the receptionist, who literally "falls asleep" at the workplace. It is impossible to get through to book a track. After online booking, they call back and talk as if they are doing me a favor, no customer orientation. The price-quality ratio leaves much to be desired.
In addition, half of the tracks are occupied by dead drunk people who not only step over the line, but lie on the tracks. How such people are allowed inside is a very good question. It is impossible to enjoy the game.
Why it costs so much money is another good question.

The bowling alley is cool, the staff working in it is so-so, from the word at all. The receptionist greeted us with displeasure, did not deign to explain that the waiter should be called through the dashboard - most likely because of this, the waiters ignored my requests to come over. After two requests and half an hour, the girl, having done a favor, came up, of course, they no longer wanted anything. The tracks are working properly, but I don't want to return to such an institution.

The place is beautiful and cozy. This is where all the advantages ended. The service leaves much to be desired. A friend waited 10 minutes for her shoes to be found, first referring to the fact that there was no free pair, and then it turned out that there was in stock. Naturally, the track was turned on later. When there were still 5 minutes of paid time left, the track just turned off, because the supposedly hour that we paid for had passed, and no one cares that the track was not turned on at the beginning. In the middle of the game, the track completely froze, which was also not immediately decided. There are no breaks between sessions either. Your time is up at 6, and someone has already started at 6, and you are delaying them because you need to pack your things.

Finally, I waited for an offer from Yandex to write a review, since they prevented me from writing a proposal in the book of complaints and suggestions in every possible way. Bowling is good. A great place to spend time with your family. HOWEVER, THERE IS ONE HUGE DISADVANTAGE!!! IS IT REALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PAUSE AT LEAST 5-10 MINUTES BETWEEN THE CHANGE OF PLAYERS. AND THEN PEOPLE COME AND AS IF EVERYONE IS PANICKING, GO AWAY FASTER, GO AWAY, THE NEXT ONES WILL PLAY. AND IT WOULDN'T HURT TO CHECK THE BALLS FOR THE PRESENCE OF NOTCHES IN THE HOLES. I THINK THAT THIS WILL BE CORRECTED AND THERE WILL BE A WORTHY PLACE IN BREST.

There were 20 people with colleagues in November. According to the menu, the order was large and hot, and snacks, and pizzas. Nothing special, you can eat. There was a lot of garlic in the pizza, it was impossible to taste the filling. We booked 4 tracks, one of which broke after 5 minutes of the game, then turned off another one for repair. As a result, there are 2 tracks left for 20 people. Everything is solvable and not fatal of course, but the mood was no longer the same.

6 tracks are modern, everything is ok. The balls can also be wiped- the finger holes are slippery and greasy. Lots of tables, sofas to eat.
The waiters bring the wrong dishes, do not clean the tables during the game: garbage, crumbs are not theirs, only empty dishes are cleaned. Strange.
Everyone at the reception is very friendly.
