Nice hotel close to the center.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a large balcony and a view of Ararat.
Bed linen and towels are clean.
There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, a kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery.
There are friendly receptionists at the reception: they will tell you everything, advise you where and how best to go.
The restaurant is open until 12. The bar.
On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, sauna. Clear.

Brilliant service! Excellent breakfasts from the chef, meeting dear guests with tea, etc., quick check-in even ahead of time, super comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, perfect cleanliness everywhere! At our request, additional hangers and an iron with ironing board were brought to the room. We settled on the 5th floor in family rooms 503 and 504. There is a door between them. It is very convenient for families with children or companies. The view from the window is just top! If you lean out of the window and look to the left, you can see Ararat! A spa area without frills. Swimming pool and Finnish sauna. but! In the sauna, you can throw water on the stones🔥 This is a rarity in Russia. I was pleasantly surprised by this opportunity in Yerevan)) At the same time, the water bottle is securely drilled to the wall😲 How the water turns out to be there is a mystery😂🤌 I recommend the hotel to everyone! There is something to compare it with. No complaints here. Everything is perfect!

Located a little far from the center, 2 metro stations or 15-20 minutes on foot. The room didn't seem very cozy to us. The only big plus is breakfast, they cook very tasty, varied, there is plenty to choose from. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too high. It was very hot in the room in October, the air conditioner worked only for heating, so I had to sleep with the window open, and the street was terribly noisy, even earplugs were weakly saved
