Daulet center is a private medical institution, LLP, the ambulance service is not serviced, you need to come to a doctor's appointment, there are no coupons available for three or four days, emergency help, consultation is sent to the doctor on duty, not to your precinct, the sites are overloaded, if there is an electronic queue and an appointment for several days, you're still sitting in a live queue, which is very tiring, and I've repeatedly asked the management to put the queue in order, but nothing changes. I do not understand: "Why take a ticket to a therapist so that he only prescribes, for example, a referral to another doctor (neurologist, optometrist, etc.)? On the positive side, I can note that there is a CT scan, MRI and a modern X-ray machine where digital images are taken quickly. There are constant interruptions with medicines, you have to buy with your own money, or walk every month like grandmothers to guard the availability of free medicines, a good dining room, a well-groomed lawn, there are benches where you can relax with a long queue, provide a minimum level of medical care, if something is urgent, then I always go to the city of Almaty.

I used to visit periodically - although I was assigned to the hospital in Vodnik, but I went here, albeit for a fee. Now the staff has deteriorated. Recently, I wanted to undergo physiotherapy, so one inadequate one did not struggle except in hysterics - she demanded to put on shoe covers, and there were only used ones. I wanted to check with the doctor about the procedure, they said wait, while you can only sit down in the vestibule, I had to wait standing up. After half an hour of waiting, he freaked out and left.
