Lyudmila and Andrey, thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your cozy mini-hotel. We had a rest from October 4 to October 10, we were very lucky with the weather, nature, owners, neighbors. Thank you for your hard work, comfort, and hospitality.Special thanks to Andrey for meeting me at the train station and seeing me off. I liked absolutely everything! We will definitely return, because the sea in this village is the cleanest and most affectionate. Sunsets are the most beautiful and romantic. Sunrises are the brightest and most memorable. And what bird trills! Everything is nearby! We walked to Pitsunda along a shady road (buses run, but walking is more interesting and not far away). Shops are nearby, but in Pitsunda the choice is better and the prices are more pleasant. We also ate at the Tis cafe, which is right next to the hotel and cooked ourselves, for this there is everything you need in the common kitchen, where there are practically no people. We had a great rest and were charged with positive emotions. We wish you prosperity, as many friendly guests as possible and as many sunny days as possible. So that they do not stop there, but develop and expand.Good luck!

We had a family vacation at the Daria Hotel from August 29, 2024. The room is clean, spacious and well renovated. The room has everything you need. There is a table with a kettle on the veranda. There is a dryer. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. There is a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. Within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, canteen, market. The rest was held in a calm and friendly atmosphere. THANKS A LOT for that!!! Lyudmila and Andrey. We wish YOU and your business prosperity. We advise everyone to relax in this cozy place. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Great place! The room is large, the bathroom is also large, and the veranda is for evening gatherings, so it's generally gorgeous. The first line from the sea, 5 minutes on foot. A quiet place, mostly couples with children. No one bothers anyone. There is a sandbox with toys for children, which is also a plus. There is also a refrigerator in the room, a kettle and a hairdryer.
Since we have never rested in Ldzaa (we have been traveling since 2014) and there is something to compare it with, you can put a solid 5 on this place.
Thanks to Lyudmila and Andrey once again for the hospitality, snow-white linen and transfer.
I highly recommend staying here!!!

We had a rest in October 2023. We are delighted! A very cozy, hospitable place. Lyudmila and Andrey were welcomed as relatives. We organized a transfer, told everyone where to eat, where to go. Very cozy room, clean, comfortable. Beautiful well-kept yard, flowers, kiwis, tangerines....even in the off-season, there were a lot of guests.This indicates a high level of service. Pleasant and tactful hosts.
Convenient location in a dead end/no one drives through you.
There is a kitchen and a small well-kept courtyard.
It's not far from the sea.
