The building is in a very good location... in the center of Shymkent, I personally rented an office there. It 's a good place . It's a pity that I had to leave there. There is a hotel on the 6th floor. 4,3,2,1, and there are rental premises on the ground floors.

We stayed overnight. The impressions are negative. There are cockroaches in the rooms, and not small ones, but red and big ones. The bed linen either does not change, or it is stored and refilled it is unclear how, since there is hair on the bed. The condition of the rooms a la the beginning of the 2000s. The bathroom causes disgust. The price does not match the quality. One star per order. Recommendation to the owner of the hotel - upgrade
