For the celebration in the store, Darya Rosa made a pre-order for a certain bouquet she liked. Upon arrival, I saw a completely different bouquet, to which they replied that there were no flowers of this color. I am very disappointed with the attitude towards clients. I want to know why I specify the phone number and what prevents me from calling and finding out the details of the order? In the photo, I think everyone can see the difference)
Of course, I had to give up bouquets to urgently collect a completely different one. I know for sure that I won't come to them anymore. Failed

Fast service, friendly staff. However, the product is of catastrophically poor quality. When I picked up the flowers, they said it was a fresh delivery! I picked it up on April 20 after lunch, and today, on April 24, in the morning, the flowers had already wilted, even though all the care recommendations were followed. I do not recommend it!
The company works at the highest level, today, despite the huge number of orders, the flowers arrived on time and the ladies received magnificent tulips. Thanks for the promptness and quality.
