Upon arrival, I saw a completely different bouquet, to which they replied that there were no flowers of this color. I am very disappointed with the attitude towards clients. I want to know why I specify the phone number and what prevents me from calling and finding out the details of the order? In the photo, I think everyone can see the difference)
Of course, I had to give up bouquets to urgently collect a completely different one. I know for sure that I won't come to them anymore. Failed
The company works at the highest level, today, despite the huge number of orders, the flowers arrived on time and the ladies received magnificent tulips. Thanks for the promptness and quality.
In the evening, a bouquet of 11 roses was purchased, in the morning 5 roses were in no condition. I strongly do not recommend buying flowers here, they are obviously of poor quality, and the prices are not cheap for such a horror
