The air conditioners are not working. Cockroaches. When asked to give at least a fan, they said go and buy it at the supermarket. The location is good.

Among the advantages: convenient location. Near the sea, a good supermarket and a bus station. All attractions are within walking distance. And a very significant disadvantage is the unobtrusive scoop service. The staff doesn't care about anything. A Russian-speaking lady is sitting at the reception and is openly rude to everyone. Upon check-in, there was no kettle and stove in the room, the sockets did not work, the shower head splashed in all directions from the handle. The lady answered my questions: "What do you want from me, woman, my working day ends in 20 minutes." It's more interesting next. At 8 a.m., two maids and two technicians come to me without knocking, opening the door with a key. I told them right away that it doesn't work. Well, the sockets, rummaging in the dashboard, turned on, promised to fix the watering can. For this, I ran after the technician for two more days, they do not respond to the reception in any way. There are a lot of us here, you know, but she's alone. During the week of stay, the towels were not changed once. I knocked the kettle in half with grief, but I couldn't knock out the stove. The air conditioners are ancient, they work poorly. The only thing that saved me was that the room was in the shade, who had the sun, it was a nightmare at all.

This is a very budget place))
Let's go here, because booking canceled our apartment at the last moment, and there was nothing else available in this location.
Among the advantages: the location is excellent, supermarkets are nearby, a bus station is a stone's throw away, a promenade on the embankment, a large selection of restaurants. Swim in the sea - walk 1 minute to the pier. Delicious and fresh food, albeit a small selection. A small pool and simple vacationing people, without pathos)) there are dishes in the room.
Of the cons: the furniture is very shabby with life, the toilet tank flows badly, sometimes there is no hot water, cleaning is very rare. Condey is barely alive. We didn't have a dryer. Adapters for sockets should be bought at the supermarket. And do not open the door of the terrace on the first floor - a tarantula came to us, they caught it for a long time))
There are a lot of seals on the territory, all are cute and want to eat. The locals do not recommend feeding them.
I liked the friendly staff - a lady from Bulgaria (I think) and a lady from Scotland at the reception. Good food, despite the budget of the hotel - there has never been stale food. Four for that.
For the rest, of course, no more than three.
Oh yes, there is a pub opposite - on Fridays and Saturdays they scream so that you will not sleep until 3 am. But you can't really show the hotel here.

Excellent 3-star apartment hotel. Convenient location in the Kato Paphos area, next to the Papantoniou supermarket, near the Harbor bus station, from which you can reach Coral Bay beach, Petra tou Romiou, as well as the airport. 24-hour reception, polite and cheerful staff. The pool is small, clean, there is a shallow pool for children. The rooms have a kitchenette with everything you need. WiFi is free, it catches on the entire territory of the hotel and even on the other side of the street. There is also an excellent "Happy Hours" promotion for hotel guests: from 18:00 to 20:00 all cocktails in the hotel restaurant are 2 €. 200 meters along the embankment with a beach platform with equipped descent into the water, the beach is public with toilets, changing rooms, free shower. The sandy Sodap beach, marked with a blue flag, is 800 m from the hotel, opposite the Alexander the Great Hotel (exit to the embankment and go left). It justifies its 3 stars, I recommend it!

Close to the seashore and the main attractions of Paphos (with all the advantages that follow from this: convenient, everything is nearby; and disadvantages: noisy, very noisy in the evening on weekends). Simple, but quite comfortable apartments at a more than affordable price. There are two main disadvantages: extremely unreliable WiFi (do not expect that it will work at least at reception - not a fact!) and a bar across the street (on Saturday, music blares until 4 a.m.). The breakfast is normal (hot - fried eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages; there are no vegetables at all), but nothing special, just matches its price (8 euros, it seems). A supermarket is 300 meters away (alas, with absolutely tourist prices), a bus station is 500 meters away, from where buses travel around the surroundings of Paphos, including the famous Petra tou Romiou beach with the "Aphrodite rock")

I liked the location. They cook very tasty and varied dishes, the chefs have a separate respect. The hotel is not new, the furniture is worn out, there are no Russian channels on TV, but the staff is friendly. Solid 3.5⭐⭐⭐ (for cooks about 5 added🙂)

I was at the hotel at the end of May. He deserves his three stars. The number of services corresponds to what was stated.
Pros: they settled in quickly, the room was clean (there was no dust, even when the furniture was moved away; there were no insects either, which was very pleasing! ). The staff is friendly, nimble, they try to settle everything quickly. There are employees who understand and speak Russian. Yes, the furniture is not new, but there was nothing broken in the room. And most importantly - good mattresses!! I slept sweetly :)) The kitchen in the room is fully equipped: refrigerator, kettle, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cutlery... (the dish detergent and sponge were taken from home after reading previous reviews). The equipment is not new, but everything is in working order.
Unfortunately: 1. The coffee machine cannot withstand a large number of people! It's good that the coffee was taken from home and there was a kettle in the room. That's all that saved me :)) 2. Very weak wifi!!
PS: It was a little embarrassing for some compatriots who are used to being "all inclusive", but not so here in Europe...

We were in 2019 right after the new year. I just wanted to distract myself, breathe the sea air, see some of the sights of Cyprus without the crowds of tourists. Naturally, the weather did not spoil at this time. We chose a hotel in the center of Paphos, quite budget, as it seemed to us. But it just seemed like it! The hotel room was beyond criticism: the rooms were completely unheated, when you had to keep warm with body heat and breathing to such an extent that there was condensation on the windows in the morning, and there was no hot water in the shower. Barely warm only until 10 a.m. We washed with cold water after the temperature outside was + 12 + 15. The number is dead. Ancient furniture, stripped, such that it is scary to open the closet, without fear that the door will remain in your hands. An incomprehensible ancient unit, wildly noisy, depicting an air conditioner on its last legs. To all polite requests:the same polite nods and complete disregard! The food is terrible. This is a separate topic. We are unassuming people, we do not go to luxury hotels, we do not pay attention to many things, but this hotel is beyond the limit!!!Leaky ceilings... I understand that the hotel is designed for the summer heat, when no one cares: there is a sea, something to sit in the room. And it seems to be on a budget. That's what it's designed for. I think this is rude to the guests. I would not recommend staying here to anyone, neither in winter nor in summer. Money thrown away, and in return "dog conditions" for living! People, respect yourself, don't stay at this hotel!

Convenient location. The neighbors are neither visible nor audible. There is a swimming pool. Wi-fi is slow: you can still scroll through the news in the feed, but downloading something is already a big problem.
