A nice hotel with a fully Russian-speaking staff. Close to the center. Cozy, clean.
Breakfast is modest, in the evening-at night it can be noisy, because it stands near the road.
Weak sound insulation, it was not possible to fully open the window, the room is without air conditioning. Good breakfast, liked the beds, spacious bathroom. There is a Tesco grocery supermarket nearby. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk away.

The breakfasts are very meager. If you are a sandwich lover, then you will probably like it, as well as sausages, pasta and porridge - everything is tasteless. Although I am very loyal to food usually.
The room is clean and spacious. We had a double room with a sofa, a refrigerator and a safe. In this sense, everything is fine. Unfortunately, the windows in our room overlooked the courtyard and the noise of the road was very disturbing. Trams run often, so in the morning you wake up earlier than planned. The employees are all friendly and speak Russian well. The location is convenient, the tram stop is 10 minutes away at most, there are many cafes nearby, a supermarket, etc.
