We went to the cafe on 04/27/20:27 made an order, we were asked to go into the hall, but there is a very strong smell of fried food and this is a systemic problem. They refused to serve on the street , although there are tables there . They also were not allowed to take the dishes outside on their own, taking into account that we will return them ourselves. We entered on 28.04 . They announced an hour of waiting: "You won't wait an hour, will you?" . I would like to appeal to the owners. You have a great kitchen and a generally good place, but the staff leaves much to be desired. We have been here for the third year in a row and in all three years they smiled at us only once, and this time they refused service on the street at all, although it was +20. It feels like you 're always getting a favor when you 're being served . Please send the waiters to the hospitality courses if you care about them. We like your kitchen, but it's not enough.
A great place to eat. The food of the national cuisine is hearty and very tasty! I especially recommend the branded dranik! After it, the feeling of hunger will definitely leave you for a long time)
We were passing through Polotsk. We went to have lunch, because this cafe was the closest to us.Solyanka for 3, pork with vegetables is delicious, draniki are delicious, they have never eaten such.Carbonara is also not a fantan.Very tasty tea with strawberries and raspberries! The bill, by Russian standards, is small for three, 2400 (solyanka, pork with vegetables, cutlets with mashed potatoes, carbonara, two cappuccino, tea, pancakes with mushrooms, milk cocktail and red velvet).I'm taking off my toilet score. The smell is just terrible! The public toilet near St. Sophia Cathedral is much cleaner and not with such a smell.
We had dinner at this cafe. Everything is fine. The food is homemade. The pancakes are delicious but ordinary. Meat, beef, the portion is not large and tough. Borscht is cool. The atmosphere is good, but the waitresses are sad. The price is average.
A good place to have lunch on the way from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Delicious, the prices are reasonable. I liked the pizza based on potatoes. The interior is in the style of pubs, a lot of things can be examined.
Draniki waited for more than an hour. The waiters did not take away the used dishes. It's clear that it's not the kitchen or the staff that can't handle the load. The food is delicious!
I am shocked by the high reviews. We ordered Caesar with chicken, salad with tongue, Polotsk dranik, drinks. The pitch is long, unfriendly! Salads are about nothing, you can make it better at home and decorate it more beautifully. No one bothers with the design of the dishes, they put it on a plate and okay, it tastes like complete nonsense. Three only for the fact that the food is fresh. And so there are a lot of threes.
We were at the Damian Cafe in October. The interior is colorful. We took dishes of national cuisine, very tasty machanka with pancakes. Summer residents are a bit fat. Dishes with mushrooms are also delicious. The service is not restaurant, but it is quite acceptable.
It is very tasty, inexpensive, fast food is more expensive, but here it comes out cheaper with vodka, the staff is polite and courteous, I will definitely come back when I am in the glorious city of POLOTSK again.
It was 11.06. Long serving and high price for medium-table quality. There are no set meals. The pot was with 5 pancakes and a tablespoon of some kind of liquid with a couple of pieces of chicken. There were customers sitting next to us who ordered soup. They didn't like it either. A few years ago, everything was really good in this place, as it is written in the reviews, but now it is better to avoid this place.
The interior is national, the pancakes are simply magnificent. I recommend taking "Polotsk"
The staff is friendly as everywhere in the Republic of Belarus.
It was winter, it was cool, the interior was interesting, a lot of antiques and objects, delicious pancakes, assorted vegetables were simple, the place was almost empty, so they brought the order very quickly
Cozy, delicious. One of the few places in the city where you can have a good lunch. The prices, of course, are not low, but also not atomic, as in pretentious establishments.
The cafe is decorated in an old folk style.National Belarusian cuisine.A wide selection of dishes and drinks. Friendly staff, fast food service, prices pleased.
You can have a good meal on a budget. I ate cold borscht and pasta. (lunch is like a simple dining room). They were served quickly and unobtrusively. It's not bad for a quick and budget snack. Lunch cost 14.bel.rub. . The atmosphere is very pleasant.
This is not a cafe, it's quite a dining room: soups, second - everything is in the best traditions of cheap, hearty, but tasteless catering.
The tea was fine
It's a terrible place , insanely stuffy, the waitresses are unfriendly, there are two soups from the menu (both inedible) , and five meat dishes ( not tasty ) , the only plus is the interior.
In general, it is expensive and not tasty, I do not understand where such good reviews and a good rating come from

I liked everything. Delicious, inexpensive, cozy. As a wish, if the guests are outside, then take an order from them at a table, well, and make the calculation there.
We went because of the rating near the hotel. It was empty. The food was mediocre, they took a pot of meat and potato pancakes. I ordered this several times in Belarus, it was the worst option and expensive enough.
We were passing through Polotsk and stopped for lunch on the recommendation. I didn't like it. Starting with the sticky menu, after which I immediately wanted to wash my hands thoroughly. The hodgepodge is absolutely table-like in appearance and taste. We ordered two types of draniki and draniki - the draniki are the worst that we tried, we liked only the draniki with their serving.
Despite the most laudatory reviews and presentation as the best cafe, I rate it as average in terms of the quality of the cuisine. Solyanka is not a hodgepodge, hot dishes and salads are like in a regular dining room. I expected more. It's probably the best place in town, but I've never been to another one. The decoration of the cafe in the form of a hut is stylish, but now few people will be surprised by this.
In general, you can go in for a snack. The menu has national cuisine. The entourage and interior are for an amateur, it's time to replace many things. The prices are average, and so is the food in general. It is quite suitable for a one-time snack. There was no desire to return.
The beef turned out to be tough (I liked the pancakes with sour cream), the waiter "fuck off", the entourage is so-so. The prices are moderate and the working hours are late, which is undoubtedly good. I was especially touched by the menu: it's so greasy and dirty at the corners that it's scary to take it in your hands)) They seem to be having a bad time with everything with money …
Basement cafe, for an amateur, everything is well-groomed and tidy, but I put three stars for the dishes. It's not very tasty. I ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms, everything is not salted, the chicken is dry
The oldest cafe in Polotsk. The portions are small, as for elementary school students, the food is made primitive and not tasty, the prices are overpriced, the impression that the cook worked in the hospital canteen. I do not recommend it to anyone. It seems that the employees wrote positive reviews to themselves. Don't believe it.
I really liked the interior. Cozy, atmospheric.
The kitchen is weak. The photos are beautiful, but they don't match reality. The prices are too high for such a kitchen.
There are no complaints about the work of the staff.
A pleasant cafe, with a cozy and interesting interior, in a rustic style. I am pleased with the variety of dishes. The staff is responsive. We often visit with our family.
Average service and food
Draniki are fatty, a lot in portions (6 pieces each, 3 in other establishments). Couldn't handle large portions)
Machanka with pancakes is delicious)
We ordered a stoic for two with a child, there is a high chair, which is a plus.
We waited a long time for the waiter to come to us and asked the administrator to take the order, which we received "Everyone is waiting and you will wait." We decided that we don't want to stay in the institution…
Very tasty, pleasant staff, wonderful atmosphere of the Belarusian spirit, the interior is designed in the style of Belarus, we really liked everything, I advise everyone to look into this cafe.
Delicious food, traditional cuisine, but the stars were shot for a rather indifferent staff who are not at all interested in customers, but just chat among themselves. The prices are average, the waiting time is 25 minutes
The cafe is clean and cozy. The food is decent. Just a little bit of maintenance is delayed. And the drinks were brought last of all. The wish is to serve drinks ahead of the hot one.
Chicken kebab is a boiled breast seasoned with "Smoke". The dish with pancakes was served barely warm. In general, everything is tasteless. The service is unhurried. The appliances are sticky, as if badly washed. There is not enough lighting in the room. With the declared local flavor and authenticity of the decoration of the institution, Western pop music suddenly plays.. There is no desire to return here again.
Everything is very tasty, a wide variety of dishes, the staff is polite, the cafe space is organized in such a way that each table is like the only one, and there are no others, it is very cozy.
It's a normal place, they cook as usual in Belarus - it's quite tasty and good, the portions are large.
Wish ))) : the desire to earn prevents you from earning))), customer service is at the level of Polotsk, the client is not being followed, they are not interested in desires. On the birthday , they refused their cake - as a result , minus five coffees , three teas , etc.
Very cozy and pleasant music. But!
I got a hair in a pancake and the machanka was sour. This suggests that the product was not the first freshness. My wife ordered a pot. The meat was not fried with onions, as it should be according to technology, the pancakes in the pot were tolerable to taste, but the mass for them was clearly stale. The hodgepodge turned out to be delicious. We hoped that the waitress would ask if we liked it, but it didn't happen. The boilerplate "bon appetit" was also not heard. It was felt that guests were not expected in this establishment. It is clearly worth working on the service and quality of the dishes.
