Level 2 Local Expert

Excellent location, close to the airport. The room has everything you need: a bathrobe, slippers, hygiene products. The furniture is brand new and very modern. There is no cafe in the hotel, they say it is temporary. There are breakfasts, but I couldn't try it. The lack of coffee more than makes up for the proximity of the Mega shopping Center, which has a huge food court. Overall, it's a great hotel, I recommend it.

Barely 2 stars at a reasonable price per night. Highly not recommended Breakfast to choose from: porridge, omelet, sandwich - everything is greasy and not very tasty. The coffee is only instant, there is no milk. I had to take a paid one from the vending machine. There is no elevator, you can walk with a suitcase to the second floor. The room is dirty, there's hair everywhere. The shelf in the shower is all rusty. And there's either boiling water or cold water in the shower. In the morning, the cleaning lady can just come in without knocking. The reception staff is very slow, they ordered a certificate of accommodation 2 hours before departure - as a result, they stood at the reception for 20 minutes, waited for them to prepare, and almost missed the airport. The door sometimes beeps, you need to open and close. The audibility is as if the grandfather from the next room (or even from the floor below) lives in yours. We talked with other guests, and absolutely everyone was unhappy :)

A cozy small hotel with breakfast. Everything is new, clean, friendly staff, good mattresses and plumbing. The Internet is weak, but you can live. Three floors without an elevator. There are breakfasts on a small menu to choose from (porridge, scrambled eggs, omelets, toasts). 10-15 min walk from Nazarbayev University, Expo, Silk Road shopping center. A good place for a business trip if your location is in the area

The bed is large and comfortable, the rooms are large, quiet around, near the Mega Mall and Expo, 15 minutes to the airport. There are a lot of small disadvantages: breakfast without rolls and fruits, instant coffee, there is TV, but there are no channels, there is no elevator, there is gel and shampoo, but there is nowhere to put it. In general, there are big questions about ergonomics, as if I haven't tried to live there yet.

This hotel ruined the mood and the impression, starting in the evening. We checked into this hotel for a day, arrived, left our things and checked in at about 21.00, the first thing that caught our eye was the smell of gasoline, like in the garage in the corridor near the room. There were no hangers in the room itself, they asked the receptionist, they gave them to us, but the question is why they were not there right away. Next, we were faced with the fact that the Wi-Fi works disgustingly in the room and there is no connection in general, this issue could not be resolved at the moment. Then we were faced with the fact that there was no TV remote control in the room, we had to go to the administrator again and ask, as a result they brought it from another free one. And in the morning it turned out that there was also no hot water, and it turned out that it was known about it yesterday, but we just weren't warned. The room itself is very cold. In general, there was a complete feeling that we had arrived in a hole and if we had known about these nuances in advance, we would not even have stopped by this hotel. Also, if you are traveling with heavy suitcases, then be prepared for the fact that there is no elevator there, you will have to take everything up the stairs

We stayed for a day between flights. Excellent location - 15 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes walk to Mega, where everything is available. Friendly staff, new plumbing, nice bed linen, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shampoo, gel. Delicious hearty breakfasts. It is a great wish to resolve the issue of airing the rooms. The window is blind and there is a musty smell in the room. Thank you, we will come back to you again!
