I liked the service the most.
The room is spacious and you can freely sit and chat.
The food is fresh- you can see it right away.
I really liked fried eggplant and smoothies.
The toilets are clean, but the toilet lid was cracked- it needs to be replaced, this is not an order.

It happened to be in this institution, we decided to try the cuisine, they cook well, but there is also no special delight. There is a summer terrace where you can buy and order a hookah. What I didn't like was that the prices on the menu are without VAT, that's right, in fact not everyone pays attention to it and it turns out that the prices on the menu are more attractive, but when you bring the bill you get +12% to the total amount! But they don't charge anything for the service! So there is a twofold feeling, like 10% for service everywhere by default, but here it is not, but there is VAT, which should be included automatically, and it goes in a separate line 🤦

I've never seen a sweeter latte. I took cheesecakes for coffee, they don't taste bad in general, but they are too sweet, straight to the point of nausea, sour cream and raspberry jam went to the cheesecakes (also solid sugar). In general, the atmosphere is pleasant, if you take meat, it may be delicious. But, let's say "desserts" are not given to them. But this is an oriental cafe, maybe for them such an amount of sugar seems to be the norm, because it is also impossible to eat sweets in Uzbekistan, everything is simple.

There were days in this restaurant, the maximum can be called a dining room. Only the prices are from the restaurant. Disgusting attitude towards the guests. They cheated with a beer unlimited limit, counted by mugs. To our indignation, the waiter disappeared to call the administrator. After about 20 minutes, they found Almin themselves. A guy in tights came in, became an admin and decided nothing. He said pay as in the receipt and that's it. To our phrases that you will lose guests in our person, he answered us anyway. The service is disgusting, the attitude towards the guests is terrible. Judas will never go again. There are many other establishments in Almaty.

The food is very tasty, large portions, a varied menu. I can't put 5 because of the service: even in the middle of the day, with a fairly free landing, you can sit for 5-10 minutes without a menu (there are buttons on the tables to call staff, but they don't seem to work). After eating, they asked for the bill several times and waited another 10-15 minutes for it to be brought. But if you are not in a hurry, I highly recommend it, as the chefs really work hard.
