After staying at this hotel, there were quite contradictory emotions. For wholesalers who buy clothes, shoes, etc... Perfect placement by the way. There are hundreds of shops in the area, minimarkets with groceries and cafes. A 10-minute walk to the Marmara Sea embankment. Three minutes bus stop, 7min. a tram where you can immediately buy a pass. There are exchangers in the same area with a very good exchange rate.
Now about the hotel - from the 1st floor you can immediately take the elevator, the reception is on the 1st floor.
The maitre d' are men, friendly. Excellent understanding of the Russian language. They are very helpful and helpful. The rooms are different, we had a room for three, a view of the wall of the building. The closet for three people, especially when you're with winter clothes, is very small. Mattresses, pillows, everything is tolerable. There is a kettle, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and a mini fridge. TV with a Russian channel, etc. It is very inconvenient to use a shower in the shower, it is a small watering can sticking high out of the wall and pouring water on the wall. It's quite difficult to take a full shower, you have to climb under the faucet there. They clean it daily, and towels are also changed. In winter, by the way, the internal air conditioner warmed up quite well.
Everything would be fine if it weren't for one thing! Audibility, it's unrealistic, I thought it didn't happen that way. You can literally hear a man breathing in the next room))) how she combs her hair and brushes her teeth. I will not write about the other details of audibility)) If someone smokes in the next room, even though smoking is prohibited, there will be smoke in your room. People were smoking in the shower-toilet during their morning routines, and we had cigarette-resistant ambergris all the time. One night, the plugs in our room blew out, then the toilet flowed. I had to ask for help. Also, changing towels and slippers daily, they left everything for two of us, but there were three of us in the room. And in the evenings, I went down to the reception and asked for a third set.
The restaurant is located on the 7th floor. The main view is on the same wall of the building and diagonally on the sea in the distance. Food - I'm not fussy, but in this hotel, everything with food is difficult, despite the apparent variety. There are soups, branded lentil is not their thing, although I always eat it with pleasure in Turkey. Omelette, sausages are not possible, it is very not tasty. There were French fries like that, puff pastry with cheese (the children were eating). Salty sliced cheeses((( The rest of the snacks are served with vinegar. But there are vegetables and tea, something similar to coffee, drinks like yuppie in the vending machine, in general, breakfast did not saturate) At the same time, the service is good, everyone is polite. Thank you all very much, prosperity and repairs to your hotel, but on my next trip I will try to choose something else.

Terrible audibility in the rooms, we lived on the 5th floor and we could hear everything, absolutely everything, that the neighbors were doing in their bathroom. It was possible to participate in their conversations.
For 3 nights, a small bottle of water was brought only once.
Buffet breakfasts are served until 10:00, but there is no food left at 9:30.
One of the advantages: good location, good bar on the reception floor.

We were in Istanbul for the first time, the city did not know when we were brought to the hotel, a little ah..(we were very surprised) what kind of gardener, but it turned out to be, this is the area where, according to the guide, the entire former USSR is being bought up. We came to Istanbul to visit (we took a room so as not to embarrass the receiving party), as it turned out later, a very successful location in terms of moving around the city for us. For your money, the hotel is good, it was clean enough, the room was not large, they took it with Windows to the courtyard (quieter, but there is no view tightly), because on weekdays the street is noisy. The breakfasts are the same for all 5 days, no variety, but enough to have a snack. The staff is good, many speak Russian. It is suitable to spend the night, near the historical center.
