This is a tourist place!
It consists of 4 parts. On the ground floor there are 3 shops with souvenirs, jewelry and wine:
- souvenirs are overpriced from the opening day, but there are also exclusive products;
- the wine shop has a good price and an excellent selection of wine, but the price of other goods is too high (be careful).
There is also a restaurant on the first and second floors. I visited this restaurant on the first day of my trip. My choice:
- trout (it was overcooked, because of this it lost all taste);
- eggplant stuffed with beef (very small portion, normal taste);
- salad with tomatoes, tarragon (there are no questions about it, it's delicious).
Locals come here only for desserts, they don't order the main dishes here.
In the end:
5 stars - for the service and overall staff, atmosphere and location;
3 stars - for food, prices for souvenirs.
The best souvenir shop in Yerevan. Not cheap, as in any souvenir shop. Be sure to go to the cafe in the courtyard for breakfast, there is an entrance in the back of the store, and in the evening there is live music, very entourage and atmospheric!
It is very beautiful inside and in the courtyard, very tasty food (the most delicious that we ate in Yerevan). They gave us a little tour of the house, told us its story. The remaining days in Yerevan, we returned only here for dinner.
I highly recommend it.
We love this atmospheric and delicious cafe. The entrance through the souvenir shop creates a feeling of a secret place for your own, the food is delicious, I really liked beetroot salad, eggplant rolls, dolma. There is a dovecote in the courtyard, so the children are keen on watching and can sit quietly. The staff has always been friendly to us.
A must-visit. A mega atmospheric place. I recommend you to visit and take a walk and soak up the local flavor. You look into all the courtyards and corners.
I do not know where so many stars come from. I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I couldn't help myself.
- prices are an order of magnitude higher than the opening day (m. Republic Square). For example, a mug there costs 2000 drams (without haggling), here it will be 5500 and above. Banal keychains are 9000 drams.... Maybe there is something cheap, but I didn't see it)))
- the sellers are not very friendly. She accidentally touched a statuette standing ON THE VERY EDGE of the table, and immediately apologized. But the saleswoman began to examine her with such a picky look, to resent her colleagues in Armenian. The statuette was not damaged in any way... All the rest of the time in the store, she watched me with an angry look and was indignant))
.
In general, draw your own conclusions. If you want a larger selection of souvenirs and at a reasonable price, go to the vernissage. It's really expensive here...
I was in a restaurant. Very nice - a beautiful, green-covered courtyard, decorated with souvenirs from the gallery. The prices are quite pleasant, a large selection of wines. A large traditional menu, but there may be its own reading by the restaurant. Portions are microscopic. It is best to sit here with a glass of wine and a light snack.
A wonderful restaurant, wonderful waiters, every time we thought where to go, we chose Dalan. After a vacation in Italy, the first thing my children and I did was come to Dalan, ordered a lamb kebab, a summer salad, sheep's cheese and vegetables baked on a campfire! Everything was so delicious that no restaurant in Italy can compare with the aroma of Armenian greens, fresh vegetables and barbecue! Yes, even when you're sitting under bunches of grapes! We love coming back to Dalan. And if you need to celebrate an event, you can gather in the hall on the second floor and sit in a small circle. There were wonderful fruits and baked goods in the summer.
I really liked the souvenir shop and the restaurant. In a souvenir shop, a nice woman helped choose a gift for her daughters. And in the restaurant we tried national Armenian dishes, everything was very tasty.
Tourist place everything that is for sale can be purchased on the weekend at the opening day! And it's three times cheaper!
The food is delicious but expensive!!
A large selection of souvenirs and gifts, go further through the store and go out into the courtyard - it's very beautiful. The wall is decorated with plates as a photo zone, sculpture. On the 2nd floor of each. Go through, look around, take your time))
A review of a souvenir shop.
A large selection. Nice staff.
We took a magnet and postcards.
Purchases are packed in bags with the seal of the institution. It looks very nice. Thanks!
A very nice and cozy place in the center of Yerevan. You can book a table in advance- both outdoors and upstairs on the veranda are equally good. The food is delicious, but the portions are not the largest. There were a couple of times, one of which they waited a long time for dolma - they forgot about us. By mistake, the wrong sauce was included in the receipt, it was slightly more expensive than what was actually ordered.
I will not say that this greatly spoiled the impression, in general, I recommend the place, the food is delicious)
A charming place!!!! A huge selection of souvenirs for every budget. A separate visual recreation and flavor, if you walk through the gallery and find yourself in a cafe in the courtyard. It's like the feeling of a fairy tale in childhood - you go through and ..... you find yourself in another place)))).
It is very crowded and noisy, the waiters are trying to joke and entertain the guests, but it is clear that they are very tired and there are few of them for such a stream of people. Water (ordinary water) was carried for 15 minutes. The ribs did not leave the bones. In general, out of the whole company, 7 people did not see a single enthusiastic review of the dish.
A whole complex in a historic building in the center of Yerevan. A restaurant, souvenir shops, a museum. Beautiful courtyard with vineyards. National cuisine is served here. A picturesque place to relax.
A very atmospheric place, a huge selection of different souvenirs, a cozy cafe among the greenery

It's a good place. A colorful passage through the souvenir shop, an interesting courtyard. If you make cozy lighting, in summer it will be an ideal place for gatherings for evening gatherings. But the owners need to review the menu and the chefs. The dishes are very average. There is not a single position for which I would like to return.
I was not impressed. A tourist place where all the staff are very tired of them. It was visible to the naked eye. They brought us raw khachapuri, we had to try to get the dish removed from the receipt! The scariest thing about this situation is that we saw the reaction of the chefs, waiters, and staff. The mood was ruined for the whole day! Therefore, my advice is to avoid such tourist dreams as this place.
Cozy, original, for tourists - nakhodka cafe and exhibition-sale of national souvenirs - two in one. The dalan itself, where the exhibition is located - with a paved floor left over from the old days - captivates at first glance:)
